Our stay at Riu tequila from January 26th to February 2nd.. was great!! First of all.. congratulations to the management team.. can't believe how efficiently the Resort is run to accommodate so many people. Amazing! The nightly entertainment is great. The Michael Jackson impersonator was absolutely unbelievable. I am a professional Entertainer and the only suggestion I would have is... PLEASE.. put proper lighting on the warm-up bands which are located on the front left lower stage. There's no way those people should be left partially in the dark. The organizers for the daily activities and nightly contests are so cordial it's unbelievable! Two people specifically with the event staff...Roberto and Daniel... are amazing.. they went out of their way to say hi everyday and knew us by name after only meeting them one time. Always smiling and friendly... Actually all the staff is, but those two in particular go above and beyond! Tell them Coop said hi

The hotel staff and food and the service and the entertainment group all were fantastic. The management at this hotel are exceptionally great. You are the best. You make us feel very welcome.Will come back many many more times.

Great time
An excellent hotel from start to finish Clean, spacious. Plenty of loungers and pools. Excellent food in all restaurants. Prompt service and plenty of entertainment I would certainly. Recommend this hotel to all. Couples, family's,friends. White party was fun.

Arrived at airport ok,but took 3hours to get to hotel very disappointed at that ,apart from that all ok .
