From arrival, (greeted by four receptionists and two foyer concierge) the hotel staff couldn’t do enough to assist. The rooms (which are huge), common spaces and bars were immaculate, and the overall quality outstanding. Short walk to the centre of Dublin where the Guinness and the friendly welcome were everything I had been told to expect. First class city, amazing hotel, lovely people. Go there, experience for yourself, Dublin doesn’t disappoint.

Fab hotel, really friendly and efficient team and in a great location
Really lovely hotel. The team have all been super friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great yesterday (we’re still here so will go to breakfast again shortly!). The location is brilliant. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Good all round
Good location: within reasonable walking distance to Temple Bar, Grafton Street, Guinness Storehouse, or hop on hop off bus stop is outside. This is worth a hop on. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and well organised. Ticks all the boxes for a trip to Dublin

Excellent stay in with family! Perfect location to explore Dublin and high standards throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly and professional with a high level of attention to detail. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing place, excellent service.
From the moment we stepped off the Aircoach to the time we left we could not fault anything at this hotel. The service,staff,food and accommodation were amazing from start to finish, could not score this place higher.Great hotel group, lovely hotel.
