    Beyond words

    Lovely hotel can’t put into words how beautiful this hotel is the staff are amazing beds were so comfortable the were perstine I can’t falt anything I will definitely be staying there again but will make my stay longer

    Poor

    Style massively over substance. Rooms are tiny, staff are rude (breakfast) service is bad. Very overpriced for what it is. Don’t recommend. Still got one night to go :(

    I can't speak highly enough of this Hotel.

    Great hotel, I can't speak highly enough of this Hotel. I have stayed in dozens of Dublin Hotels overs the years but this is by far the best. Great rooms, good staff and the Breakfast was way above expectations. Location on O'Connell Street was just perfect for me. Will be booking here again in 2026.

    Great location.

    A brilliant hotel located within easy reach of all popular attractions. The room was large, immaculately clean with a big bathroom. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included on our flying 2 day visit to Dublin - and that was a great start to the day! Large selection of choice from hot to cold, with several cups of coffee. Thank you chefs! Would I stay again - a definite yes.

    Overpriced and chaotic

    Room very dark not enough lights or plug sockets Our room backed onto service are lorries coming and going all night very noisy Breakfast was chaos with no control over queuing people pushing in The worst aspect the food was COLD The check in staff are far too slow when we checked in very frustrating! All in all highly overpriced for what we received Wouldn't recommend
