    First night of our trip

    Staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming. We arrived early in the morning and they offered to add us to a list and let us know as soon as our room was ready. They dis follow up and we got an early notice that our room was ready. We were out and about and didn't benefit from it but truly appreciated the option and we ended up getting a bigger room than the one reserved. Location is super convenient and breakfast was included and options were really good.

    Good times at the Dublin Riu Gresham!

    Excellent location - right in the heart of Dublin. Easy to walk, Hop on Bus stops across the street. We walked to the DART Station in 20 minutes. Lots of city buses stopped out front too. Hotel has a pleasant atmosphere & is very clean. Our room has a King bed, a small pull out sofa, a kettle, tea bags, TV and 2 windows that open a tiny bit. The fresh air was nice!. The bathroom seems small but is very clean. We had to ask for face clothes but we had lots of soft fluffy towels. The room & halls are very quiet. 3 quick elevators! Check in was easy, lots of friendly staff in the lobby area. Borja explained the options for Hop On and helped us with tickets. He also helped us with directions to the DART. The Riu Writers Bar is very comfortable - excellent staff: Gabriel, Pablo & Deborah took very good care of us for our 3 visits. My husband loved the cheesecake & chocolate brownie with a pot of tea! We loved the buffet breakfast, limited Gluten Free but you can ask for a few things not on the buffet. We found many GF dairy free items in Marks & Spence’s & Dunns a few minutes walk from here. Sadly the hotel can’t provide more choices. Breakfast buffet is open until 11 on weekends but sadly they start taking it down by 10:45 - we slept in after our long flight so did not get much of a meal. We had a delicious dinner in Toddy’s Bar but meals are expensive. Gabriel was our waiter, he is great. We would definitely stay here again, the location can’t be beat. The hotel is very busy but the staff are always smiling & helpful.

    Good Hotel.

    Just returned from staying at The Gresham.Good location.Very friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Bacon was a little bit over done.We would definitely recommend this hotel we had a good time. Thank You.

    Highly recommend.

    Stunning hotel! Such a reasonable price and right in the centre of Dublin. Room was spacious and bed so comfy. Was made to feel welcome, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also included which was delicious and so much choice. Can't wait to come back.

    Well staffed and great service

    By booking months ago, we enjoyed a great value at this quality and historic property. The staff were all beyond helpful and professional and the property is top notch! Also a wonderful location for walkable sites as well as public transport.
