    Great hotel, very modern and central, has all you need.

    Our group stayed here for 4 nights in April 2026. Hotel is very central, only a few minutes walk from Times Square. Rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. Our room had a street view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a wide variety of choices available with hot and cold options running from 6.30am to 10am. Big queues for breakfast but the staff work flat out to get everyone seated asap. The hotel has a grab & go cafe beside the lobby and also a bar on the other side. The open top bus tour had a bus stop just down the road and Central Park was about 1 mile away. We would def come here again and would highly recommend.

    Great hotel in New York city

    I have visited new York city for the first time and all my nights In the city I spent in the hotel. For sure I loved their hospitality

    Perfect location

    The hotel was perfectly situated just a short walk from Times Square but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise. We had a high floor so the views were great. The room was a little small but adequate as we only slept there. We were up and out for the day, then back to the room, shower and bed. There is no privacy in the bathroom as it has opaque walls and a sliding door however it wasn’t that big a problem. The towels and bedding were spotless and the room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels on request. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Lots of choice, everything was replenished quickly, all fresh and well laid out. We didn’t have to queue for breakfast but we did see quite long lines. All the staff were helpful and polite.

    Fantastic

    Fantastic stay. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Rooms a good size-especially for New York and very very clean. The balcony gave a fantastic view especially at night and was nice to have some fresh air and outside space Location is perfect for sightseeing. The thing that really makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. Everyone we encountered from cleaners to reception and hospitality were amazing, polite, friendly and welcoming I will definitely stay again.

    Great hotel, great location.

    Great hotel in great location. We booked a family suite for 4 adults, very spacious. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated for breakfast on a couple of days but no more than about 5 minutes, plenty of choice, bacon, eggs, waffles, cold meats etc. Walking distance to a lot of places, Central Park, Empire State Building, summit one, high line, 5th Avenue shops to name a few. Bar does happy hour from 4.30 - 7pm, Would definitely stay here again.
