Fantastic stay. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Rooms a good size-especially for New York and very very clean. The balcony gave a fantastic view especially at night and was nice to have some fresh air and outside space Location is perfect for sightseeing. The thing that really makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. Everyone we encountered from cleaners to reception and hospitality were amazing, polite, friendly and welcoming I will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, great location.
Great hotel in great location. We booked a family suite for 4 adults, very spacious. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated for breakfast on a couple of days but no more than about 5 minutes, plenty of choice, bacon, eggs, waffles, cold meats etc. Walking distance to a lot of places, Central Park, Empire State Building, summit one, high line, 5th Avenue shops to name a few. Bar does happy hour from 4.30 - 7pm, Would definitely stay here again.

City Break - New York
Excellent hotel, great location, friendly staff. The rooms were well equipped, modern and clean. The hotel breakfast had loads of choice and the food was decent quality. Breakfast time does get busy but the staff manage it well. There is a great coffee shop as part of the hotel serving fresh Lavazza coffee and food at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.

Great trip🗽
Just back from a 5 night trip, on the whole this is a fantastic hotel. Very clean, good location and the breakfast each morning was 5🌟 Hotel staff are super helpful and very accomodating for any queries or extra info needed. Very good value for money, especially with the breakfast included. Our only issue was the sofa bed, if we just had a twin or a double it would have been amazing but with 3 of us one had to be on the sofa bed which wasn't made up when we got there and was not comfortable at all. Very Lumpy and squeaky when moving, uncomfortable metal against your legs getting up and it also blocked the mini fridge from being opened. Needs a rearrange and rethink for this. All in all though had a wonderful time and would 100% be back. Thanks Riu Plaza TS 👍🏻

Perfectly located
We stayed here for 4 nights on our first ever trip to America and couldn’t have wished for a better hotel, service from start to finish was excellent. We even got a card wishing my husband happy birthday with some luxury chocolates left in the room on the day which i thought was a lovely touch. Location wise perfectly situated close enough to the lights and noise of times square but far enough not to be kept awake by it. We usually went to breakfast around 9am to avoid the rush and never waited long and the food and drink optioms were plentiful and delicious. Id love to return with our kids at some point
