I was looking for something to complain about in this resort, unfortunately for me there is honestly nothing out of the ordinary to complain about. From the arrival on the lobby to the departure, it was just amazing. The staff, the food…OMG the food is excellent, the service in all the areas was memorable. The house keeping personnel did great job maintaining the facility and the rooms top notch. The beach was absolutely clean as you cannot imagine. The entertainment was great. I just wish that that they have after night party for adult from 11P till morning…but you can entertain yourself in your room I guess.

Great place on earth
We had an amazing vacation! We stayed in building 0 Few things can be improved: 1. Electrical outlets do not hold electric cord. Bad connection 2. Safe buttons do not work or got pressed multiple times when we only clicked it once. 3. TV broadcast quality was not that good. May be bad cable. 4. Weak WiFi on the Beach.

This was one of my best trips. Sometimes during a vacation there are some negative comments. But this is a rare case when there were no comments at all. Everything was great. 10 out of 10!

RIU PALACE IN DECEMBER
I love this hotel, it was my first time going to this one, I am a Ocho Rios fan, been there about 7 times so far, the buffet servers was real nice, they remember you and where you usually sit, which makes you feel important, only thing missing was fried dumplings and ackee, which my group was expecting, love the shows at night, the jerk chicken on the beach was slamming. Was there for a wedding in December

Great place and location
Amazing time at the resort! The staff was incredible for the most part and the facilities were very clean and welcoming. A lot of activities to do. The restaurants were good, but very hard to book or utilize the app at all, and the staff will keep directing you to use it even though it’s not great nor is making a reservation through it a given. The beach and water are beautiful and felt very safe. The hidden gem is the local bar down the beach, about a 5 min walk. The office of Nature!! Do not miss out on the vibes and fresh lobster. FYI, there are a lot of families and kids running around at all times. Beware the staff/resort photographers will stalk you, especially if you have woman with you. Seemed like they would appear out of thin air and hound them, the second I left the lady’s alone.
