    Pre-Christmas Vacation

    The staff was fantastic, friendly and eager to help. Our go to resort is always the Riu Palaces, we love the staff, the service and the amenities offered at the resort.

    Fun in the sun!

    The hotel is very close to the airport and to main strip with malls and clubs. It’s well taken care of but the rooms need a bit of updating. They are large and clean though. Staff is friendly and they have fun activities daily. Food was good and large variety in the main restaurant but the smaller restaurants were not great. The Japanese was especially disappointing. Would come back!

    Great place and great service

    Excellent service. The hotel is nice and clean with beautiful view. We're traveling with big group for 3 Birthday celebrations, the staff are able to accommodate our big group. The foods is decent and lots of selection. One of the room has water licking from the celling but they able to switch room for us. The only problem we have was the transportation, they were late on arrival and way too early on our leaving. I wish they serve cup of noodle at the 24 hours cafe for late night soup.

    harassment of my service dog from hotel manager

    Can hotels charge for a service dog? No. Under the ADA, hotels cannot charge an extra fee for a service dog as they would a guest with a pet. Your service dog is also allowed in areas like the pool area, gym, and restaurants without charge. The hotel also cannot charge an additional deposit at check-in just because you have a service dog. Cleaning fees due to the service dog are also not allowed unless the dog causes a mess or property damage beyond normal wear and tear (normally shedding, for example, is fine).
