    Perfect hotel

    We've just spent 18th-25th of march here at this beautiful hotel for our honeymoon and I can honestly say it was perfect. They gave us a large sea view room and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate and the views were breathtaking. The room was beautiful and cleaned to high standard everyday. The food was amazing and there's a snack bar too which was just as good. The staff are amazing and really go out of their way for you. Evening entertainment was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and you won't be disappointed. We'd love to go back

    Lovely but flawed

    Hotel in good position, room was lovely, hotel very clean and the food was good with plenty of choice. In addition the staff were lovely. The reason i have only given it 3 stars is that we made extra for a sea view so we could enjoy looking at the lovely beach and the sea. What we got was a great view of the pool with its surrounding palm trees and a glimps of the sea in through the trees (see photgraph). We spoke to the reception who said it was a sea view room and could not change are room for at least 3-4 days. The travel company TUI agreed with the hotel. We will not be travelling with this company again. So Buyer Beware

    We have visited this hotel on many occasions and I’ve never been disappointed. We look forward to going back there so much, they make your overall holiday experience five star. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody.

    Riu Palace Jandia, we had no special expectations, but you were the best!

    The location, the room, the view, the calm, the cleaning, all the fantastic people in the staff, reception, pool, pool area, sunbeds, food, dining room..there is absolutely nothing to complain about, nothing and if you read something else, it's not true or someone is a little too picky, we were there for 3 weeks and loved our stay! A great appreciation was when we with short notice asked the reception for a great service for us before check-in and. Despite high season and fully booked the reception did 110%, reception even contacted us a few minutes after check-in and wanted to hear that everything was ok. For us that is at the highest level, we are so incredibly grateful for your commitment and to have spent 3 weeks at your fantastic hotel and every day during this time had the pleasure of greeting all the staff who always greeted us with a smile, every time, we get teary-eyed just thinking about it. Better than all the rest, better than anyone, anyone we've ever Thank you very much, see you again.

    Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location

    Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The room was large with a gorgeous view and was spotlessly clean. The staff were brilliant, really friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We’ve been coming to Fuerteventura for over 35 years, usually staying in the north of the island at Tres Islas, but this will now be new ‘home’.
