Amazing holiday
We visited Mexico in August 2023. We don’t usually write reviews but felt we needed to share a glowing review of our unforgettable two-week stay at Riu Lupita hotel in Mexico. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and refreshing welcome drink set the tone for an amazing holiday. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and the daily room cleaning service ensured a comfortable and pleasant stay. The main restaurant and the beach steak restaurant both exceeded our expectations with their excellent food offerings. You need to book the steak restaurant in the morning of evening you wish to visit in order to secure your table and seat on the shuttle bus. One of the highlights was the fantastic entertainment team that kept us engaged throughout the day with a diverse range of activities such as beach volleyball, beach yoga, bocce, and darts. This added a fun and energetic element to our holiday. The hotel's beautiful surroundings and welcoming atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. While the stunning beach was a short 10-minute shuttle bus ride away, the shuttle service, running every half hour, was incredibly reliable. It's important to note that if you're looking for a hotel with a beach right at your doorstep, Riu Lupita might not be the best choice. However, the convenient shuttle service made access to the beach hassle-free. The only minor suggestion we have is related to the main bar at the pool area. It would be great if they provided access to soft drinks and water without needing to queue at the bar. Our family had a truly wonderful experience at Riu Lupita hotel. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable holiday in Mexico.

The worst customer service seen in a supposed 5 stars hotel videos available on request
The worst customer service ever! You can have fun till 5pm after this it’s not allowed to play on the swimming pool while it’s still open till 7.30 There were 40 people wanting to play water volley Nobody cared After discussing with the manager she didn’t allow it and she said she doesn’t care about the negative reviews It’s just the level of a 2 stars hotel

Get the staff to learn English.
The staff are hard workers but there English is very bad seriously they need to learn more English to understand tourists from English speaking countries its not all about South Americans coming here I'm a bit disappointed to be honest, I would recommend it here but be aware that u will be approached by some staff who don't know a word of English and for me it's frightening as I am here alone for a month. Great location and a good price food choice more suited to South Americans then Europeans to be honest steakhouse is very good. This is my 3rd time here please word of advice get ur staff to learn English language it would benefit ur hotel in the long run
