Fiesta!
I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Samantha for an incredible stay at the Riu Latino! Your service was top-notch, thanks for makin' our stay so chill. The fiestas at the Riu Latino are L E G E N D A R Y, folks!. I got a massage at the spa and I'm feeling like a million bucks. And thanks for hooking us up with the best table in the house, Samantha you're a gem . This place is a total win, folks. Eh, the Riu Latino is off the charts!

Great resort, would go back!
We had an amazing stay at this resort and would absolutely return. The beach was beautiful—clean, calm, and completely free of sargassum, even though much of Mexico was dealing with heavy seaweed at the time. We loved being able to walk for a long stretch along the shoreline. The buffet was huge with so many options, and we enjoyed every meal there. The à la carte restaurants were a bit disappointing, but the buffet more than compensated. The resort itself was very clean and well kept. The room was really nice and had everything. We also appreciated having many pools to choose from. Some offered entertainment and music, while others were quieter and perfect when we wanted to relax. The entertainment throughout the resort was varied, and we joined in on a few activities, which we really enjoyed. The staff were truly exceptional—so welcoming, friendly, and always providing great service. One of the highlights of our trip was the catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres. It was a great experience and excellent value for the money. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this resort and would definitely go back!

Amazing time
Amazing time. We slways pick Riu, all inclusive adult only and first time to Mexico did not disappoint. Hotel Spotless, staff always cleaning night and day. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Foyer light and airy, used hotel bar s few times but preferred bars by entertainment area. Room Modern, light, airy, great air con, we had a partial sea view and south facing balcony so perfect for us. Shower was amazing, great water pressure. The towels were changed daily, room tidied every day, loved the towel creations, especially the way our room was decorated for my birthday whilst there. Food We lived the choice of food in the main restaurant whether breakfast or dinner, the staff were amazing, remembering our drinks was a lovely touch. We used the Asian restaurant a couple of times and that was very lovely too. As someone with allergies the food and labelling was some of the best I have seen, thank you. The snack bar by the pool was also very good, the flavoured fruit water each day was our favourite, we loved all the flavours, wish I could make them as good back home! Pools These were great, plenty of choice, never had trouble getting a bed, but there are still some people who feel they need to reserve beds, not needed at all. The pool bar trolleys, these guys are amazing and only too happy to make you a drink, work hard in the heat. Entertainment The Riu shows are always great and the team work so hard to put in time to make them good for us to watch. We enjoy the Kahoot and even won a prize this year which was lovely.
