This was our honeymoon couples trip, everything thing and everyone was great and nice. The workers will serve you with a smile. Our room was always maintained. Perfect for our five day stay.

Food was good and staff was friendly. That being said, the resort was simply way too busy and seemed poorly equipped or prepared to deal with the sheer amount of people. Pools and restaurants were packed and we were constantly waiting in lines. Pool water was very dirty for the first two days of our trip and rooms were very noisy, affecting how well we were able to enjoy the room and sleep. Checkout was unorganized and chaotic. Would not recommend. Would not go back. Would actually avoid all Riu hotels after this experience.

Everything was good, just wish service would’ve been better it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good like at the other rius I’ve stayed they were more attentive there than at Riu flamingos.

My husband and i just came back from our honeymoon and we couldnt have been happier,the Riu Flamingos is absolutly beautiful, i loved how there where so many options that where nut free which i could eat,i love how attentive the staff was, and the food was delicious

Great stay family loved it
Excellent resort great value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful always. Resort is well maintained they are always cleaned mopping and sweeping
