A lovely hotel within 5/10 minutes of the beach bars and restaurants and also the bus into Palma City. We are not great sunbathers or into noisy nightlife, we enjoyed our several trips into Palma. It’s about a 30 minute ride into the centre of Pama and the buses run every 15 minutes. They were often full with standing room only when we went. We also enjoyed our trips into the mountains and surrounding areas. We found the hotel to be quiet and clean, the food was good with plenty of choice. I think that the great strength of this hotel is its staff. Everyone, without exception, was pleasant and attentive.

Very clean hotel in a great location close to shops restaurants bars and the beach. Hadn’t realised we booked this hotel which apparently get a large amount of Germans to the area. Wasn’t a problem for us at all although I’d prefer a more mixed nationality atmosphere. Found all staff friendly and hotel very clean. Food was pretty good as is the normal for RIU hotels mostly but noticed that the fruit selection in the evening was better than the morning. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and perfect for a few nights away. Hotel seemed busy for off season but had no issues with noise from other guests or outside. I’d probably not come back to the area only maybe for a day trip and most likely stay somewhere with a more mixed vibe.

Great Hotel and brilliant staff!
We both had a lovely time here. Every day we had a cheerful welcome from all the staff. The food was delicious and the location great for the beach and shops. Bus services are frequent if you wanted to visit Palma or other places.

Friendly welcoming hotel
We were transferred to the Riu Festival by Tui a day before our holiday and we were not disappointed Warm welcome with orange juice on arrival , lovely gesture, the lady in reception ( about 40s with glasses ) was so welcoming Food - geared more for the German taste - however very good with a varied selection, request -some marmalade alongside the jams would be appreciated also some weetabix or bran flakes cereal Staff - all friendly, shout out to Ana in the dining room , very efficient and friendly , each time a table was cleared it was wiped over entirely even under the table number and salt and pepper each time Cleaning - immaculate cannot fault in bedrooms. Dining room very clean Pool - could always get a sun bed in the shade we usually went down about 2 pm Pool bar - great bar manager ( man about 40’s) who offered to let me try a Majorcan wine which was very good The hotel is 99% German but was never a issue - we would stay there again

Excellent hotel, highly recommended!
We had a great time at the Riu Festival! Our room was clean and comfortable, fast cleaning of the room everyday. We also enjoyed the buffet, the food was good and plentiful, with much choice. The wait staff were helpful and quick to pick up dirty dishes. The pool area was clean and the bar drinks we excellent.
