Jul 28, 2023Lots of noise!
Clean room! The beds are really hard. Lots of noise in the evenings/nights. Hard to sleep. Drunken people outside. Also noise from the aircondition. Had to turn it off too sleep, but than it got really hot. Great food. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Good selection! Small pool that could be cleaned more often!. Nice garden. Not a problem to get a sunned.

Jul 18, 2023Nice hotel with exceptional staff
I rated my review 4 out of 5 not because of any particular fault but just because its a smaller hotel which lacks some facilities of larger hotels eg fitness area, spa etc. Also there are only 2 lifts which can get quite busy. The staff are a credit to the hotel, everybody is very helpful, chatty and smiley. The staff do look like they enjoy working at this hotel which is not something i can always say when visiting other hotels. The food is very nice with enough choice for even the fussiest of eaters. The bar prices are very reasonable for a hotel although pulling a beer with less than 50% froth needs to be practiced. The area in general is predominantly german which wasnt an issue for me as i was singing german songs with my sparkers by the end of the holiday. I would say the resort has 2 distinct areas. Walk down to the sea and turn left and it if full of singles. It was like a german Magaluf. Walk to the beach and turn right and it is more a couples area with restaurants and bars, a much more relaxed area which we tended to visit.

This hotel was a total gem. The staff were totally fantastic. We loved reception so friendly. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. They went the extra mile. We also loved the happy bar staff. They were so genuine. We cannot fault the hotel in anyway it was brilliant. The area was not as we expected due to heavy drinking on the beach which was more like I recall Magaluf but if you walked towards Palma it was much better. Palma was fab. Calla Brava lovely but Nou restaurant should be avoided very unpleasant people running it!

Great hotel
Compliments to the chefs for the delicious and variety of different food they cooked for us every day, compliments for the waiters who were always friendly, compliments for the helpful desk employees, compliments for the ladies who cleaned our rooms with a smile, compliments for the manager whose door stood open and was available for everyone with a smile. The rooms are clean, fresh, big enough, beautiful bathroom, comfy beds.. and last but not least: a hug to Garfield, the hotelcat at the entrance, who makes you feel like you are coming home…. Exceptional customer service!
The customer service was incredible. From the front desk and servers to the cleaning staff. Always a smile and they knew our names after day 1. It was an incredibly friendly atmosphere. If there was any complaint, it would be the air conditioning didn’t cool the rooms very well. Although, leaving the patio door open brought in a beautiful, cool breeze. I would definitely visit again.
