Excellent stay
Excellent stay 2 adults, 2 children. A good value 4 star hotel. Food was good, a bit repetitive if you stay for more than one week (we booked for 10 days). Reception staff was very friendly, the same with restaurant and tried to make our children smile.

A very nice stay
A very clean hotel. Good size rooms and bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was decent and even though the hotel was pretty full it was easy to get ourselves a table every day. A short walk from the beach and restaurants is also a plus in the summer heat. Pretty busy in the street outside at night but no noise inside the rooms. Will definitely go back.

Good but wouldn't stay again
Well let's start with the good things... The hotel has been refurbished recently so all the facilities were really good and modern! The staff was amazing, always so friendly and accommodated our requests. The food was really good too, and they changed the dinner menu every day, really pleased with that. Now the bad part which makes us not want to go back at all... the Germans! The hotel and playa de Palma in general is full of young drunk Germans. We paid for a large room in a 4 star hotel and we were wakened at 2am and 4am with loud Germans shouting in the hallway. On the second day, we had a party going on next to our room at 3am! The music was so loud that pretty much all the hotel could hear it! We called reception straight away and the staff said that they have already received complaints and were going to take action. They went to the room and thankfully stopped the party. We requested another room the day after which they kindly accepted but even being in a room more tucked away we could hear the Germans getting in from their night outs because they were always shouting. I slept really bad all week always being awakened by these unpolite Germans and that made my holiday not as good as I expected. Overall, we loved everything besides the people staying at the hotel which was mostly as described above and really disturbed our holiday. We are a 30 years old couple, but we went there to relax, enjoy the food, the swimming pool and the beach. If this is your idea of holidays, don't go to this hotel or playa de palma in general. Such a shame, as the staff and the hotel facilities have a lot to offer.

Rude staff member
Hotel was very clean air conditioning only come on after 3pm not good of an evening . Noah I believe very rude staff member was told could have a simple glass when had already asked another staff member came over and removed my glass very unprofessional . Then proceeded to ignore my self and friend needs better manners

Nice Hotel but a rude staff member has ruined this stay for me.
Hotel was lovely and clean, the conditioning only seems to come on for an hour a day at 15:00 and the rooms are very stuffy but beds are comfy and the room is clean. One downside is a Bar member named Noah I believe. She has dark hair with blue/purple fringe with glasses & she is one of the rudest hospitality staff I've ever had the unfortunate experience to meet. Unprofessional and short tempered. As someone who must appreciate a tip, I'm not sure how she gets any. She needs more training in face to face customer service and needs to learn to crack a smile and listen to customers. Every other member of staff have been amazing and I cannot fault them, they have gone above and beyond with most things.
