Spring Break Policies - 

1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Cancun & Riu Caribe.

2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.

3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:

a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments

b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.

c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID

d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.

4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.

    Absolutely amazing

    Absolutely love this hotel and the staff are amazing they go above and beyond to make your holiday special. Very clean and well maintained the food is great too. Been here a few times and the new renovation is amazing really makes it a great hotel again

    Can't wait to go back!

    This resort is honestly a 9.75/10 for me. The food was awesome everyday, the staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything was smooth. Also very clean and very safe. We had an amazing time. It would be a 10/10 if the pools were a bit bigger and if you could use netflix in your room. But overall, I would recommend it and we would love to go back.

    Wonderful resort!

    this resort was so wonderful! it was clean and tidy and was the perfect little getaway! we stayed in an ocean view room the balcony was large. the food and drinks were so tasty! I would recommend riu caribe to anyone!

    Awesome Resort

    We enjoyed the Riu Caribe. The food was very delicious and the pools, beach, restaurants, and facilities in general were well kept. We enjoyed the entertainment, specifically the mariachi. A few things would have made it even better: We missed our transportation from the airport, and unfortunately this was non-refundable even though it was not our fault there was a delay. Noisy group of people that were staying around our room that did not respect quiet hours. Requested a king bed but were not given one. The double beds were extremely small so was not able to sleep in the bed with my partner.

    Excellan t hotel .Daniela at reception very kind.

    Great hotel..Great food at buffet..Reception excellant Especially Daniela!! BUT ONE BIG NEGATIVE-- NOISY POOL PARTY ALL DAY!!!!!OK IF you are one of maybe 50 people enjoying. But what about the rest of us? No quiet area Would not return!!..other Riu"s not as bad ( have been too three others At least lower VOLUME OF SCREAMING DJ!!! A classic first world complaint i know, but did pay good money!!
