Lovely Hotel
We visited the Riu Caribe in October 2022. My husband, My self and My teenage son stayed here for 2 weeks We had a fantastic time. The hotel was very large and spacious, there were lots of places to eat and the choice of food was fantastic. They most definitely had something for everyone. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were lovely and friendly. They were always willing to help and to go that extra mile to keep your drink refilled and bring you peanuts. The double rooms were a little small especially when you have to share with a teenager but we managed. The pool entertainment was absolutely brilliant they always had loads of things going on. The pool party was the best.! The hotel is “beachfront” so you literally step out of the hotel onto a lovely white sand beach. You have full access to the ocean, jet skis and Sun loungers -(that are free) The evening entertainment was a little bit “hit and Miss” if I’m honest some shows were fantastic and other things no so great.! The small tourist shop located in the hotel and next door to the hotel was absolutely “extortionate” in price. The prices are ridiculous. I paid something like £9.50 (English pound) for 6 paracetamol. Advice to travellers stock up on your meds and plasters and creams etc because they will completely overcharge. Overall the hotel The service and its staff was really good. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend to other people

Nice resort, service, and staff.
Went there twice already. We loved it so much that we went there and brought the family with us to enjoy the same experience we did. Staff didn't let us down. The service was unreal. This was a few years ago, and we still talked about it till now, and that's why I am posting this review. Rooms a decent size all have ocean view. The resort was not that big, compared to others, but it was clean and very well managed. The pool area can get very busy, though. You might have to go down early to reserve a spot.

could be much better
We went during spring break so the hotel was very loud at night, The Food was ok, The staff were pleasant and friendly we had a issue when our credit cards were stolen out of our room and The Hotel was very unhelpful The security isn't great in he hotel . I found the management of the Hotel very un helpful when you had issues in fact they were no where to be seen, The hotel is dated and needs a upgrade, Riu are so much better in Spain as we often stay in them, i found this one left the Riu name down,
