First all-inclusive experience
Awesome trip! We had a group of 7 and everyone had a great time. Hotel is very clean and smells great. Caribbean views are spectacular

GREAT resort, right on the water!
I didn't realize there wasn't much of a beach but this resort is RIGHT ON the ocean! Entertainment was wonderful, always something to do. Pool games were different then other RIU resorts I've been to. Everything was VERY clean and there were constantly people cleaning all throughout the day. Only thing that I would have enjoyed more was better desert options. I have a large sweet tooth and didn't really eat much dessert while we were there.

The rooms were basic and the restaurants were average with the exception of the "Italian" place. The location was fine but there wasn't much beach space other than what was established for sunning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The elevators go all the way up to the 15th floor, but were small in capacity which led to it being difficult to use them during peak hours. Cancun's location makes it enjoyable for most conditions and the one's at this resort made it above average.
