This hotel will make you to do more sightseeing
I have slept in 2 and looked at 2 more of the rooms in the "second building" Things i did not like: tiled floor in the whole room - cold and not very cozy, signs of black mold on the bathroom sealing and what looked to be a fungus between tiles, glass wall between shower and room had signs of leaking - the water seems to have been leaking to the room at sole point, based on water damage on the wall. Dirty, not throughly cleaned room, seems like staff are in an extreme hurry - same cats of dust even after routine cleaning, these were present in the night stands and behind the door, between beds and walls, sliding door to the bathroom making and extreme screeching noise when opened or closed, seal on the shower door was installed so that it was impossible to close the door, i had to remove it to install it higher, so that we xould close the shower door. terrible view, just ugly, might say no view at all and that was on the 3rd floor, no proper sheets and no proper douvet - just a blanket between two bed sheets. No conditioner or lotion, no kettle, coffee or tea in the room, empty frigde in the room. 2 drinking glassess and 2 glassess in the bathroom for 3 guests, air conditioning blowing hot air no matter the program or temperature set, tissues and disposal bags in the bathroom not refilled when almost empty, holes in the curtains, dirty curtains, dirty walls, holes in the walls especially around the balcony door frame, room didnt seem well maintained, felt inn wall where fridge stands is really scratched up - this is not nice to look at... noise from the hallway, could hear people flush the toilet too and it was loud! Dirty hangers for drying towels on the balcony, just sticky and covered with visible dirt, scratched up furniture - dirty balcony glass even tho we had 8 consecutive days with no rain - glass was never washed. Room generally seemed neglected. Slow and noisy elevator. Asked for coffee 30 min before breakfast - wasnt possible. Extreme queue to the dining, sometimes 20 min wait. Crowded dining room, very warm on warm days. Unpleasantly warm indoor pool, very steamy and not properely aired out. Pool towels are usually 10€ deposit, we got them without deposit since no cash on hand - towels had big holes and tired, used edges - seemingly from tumble drying - towels in such condition should be thrown away! One of the outdoor pools closed. Bizzare routine of washing the concrete floor between main and second building in the hours that are one if the mist busy times - breakfast. TV barely worked in one of the rooms and the remote was full of dust, felt sticky. BBC & ALJazeera in english, not much TV otherwise if youre from anywhere else than Spain, Germany or Russia. I dont know if this is just normal for mallorca but the stench of sewage by the entrance to the second building and by the fence between the closed pool and street was difficult to ignore. Things i liked: polite and smiling staff, good variety of food, nice looking lobby, nice looking main pool, good location, good sunning chairs - comfortable, close to the beach/supermarket/atm, there is swim up bar (even tho i did not see it open). I really appreciated how kind the staff was, it made it that harder to write this review or to keep on pushing for yet another room. I have learned from this experience tho. Thats about it, people in RIU Bravo try hard, but people can only do as much with resources they are given. Guests are often tired and dont want to use their precious time on arguing and complaining, so they just make the best out of it somehow which is sad especially when you cant treat yourself and your family on a trip often. You can have fun on this vacay, but you will feel like a pushover and you will feel scammed - not sure how those ratings work, but moved to another 4 star hotel that was 15€ a night cheaper in the same area and the differece literally blew us away.. Overall it is a fancy looking on the outside hotell with hardworking people, but also with extreme cost cutting and dated rooms and dirt hiding inside. It's not a new hotel and thats fine, but with 4 stars you can and should expect more than this. I will not upload the photos, because they are uncomfortable - but oh boy - staff should head to 364 and see for themselves, check out point by point and give a feedback. Pictures can follow.

Great location
The staff in the hotel were great very helpful We had one problem with the room but it was sorted asap. Hotel is very clean and the food was good. Only downside was it could get very busy at breakfast and dinner. But the restaurant staff all worked tirelessly to get people seated. We would stay again

Riu Bravo Palma
Lovely hotel. Room was very spacious and comfortable, even had a sofa in it to watch tv! Hotel was spotless. The food was lovely, but stay away from the juices machine as not sure it had been cleaned properly, as the drinks were really strong and made my mum ill. The restaurant was busy everyday so be prepared to queue for your meals, but this is well organised. Also it would have been nice if the wellness suite was heated as the water was a bit cold for my liking. Otherwise a lovely hotel and would return.

Good food and value for the price.
Good location, nice size room, clean, helpfull staff. Very good food and variations, new specials each day during our stay, something for every one. Over crowded for the restaurang, que from the restaurang over the lobby into the bar area. Perhaps because of holy week? Not enough practical info. Stayd monday-friday and saddly found out bbq was only aviable for week end. No parking at the hotel but managed to find in the neighbourhood each time. A lot of restaurants and shopping near by. No working aircon in the room, only heating. The roof fan was very noicy and had to be turned off. Free alcohol only at lunch/dinner in restaurant not in the bars. First time ever enough hangers in a hotel room, thats a bigg extra star.
