  Gradual decline

  I hate giving bad reviews and especially at a property we have enjoyed for so long with a friendly staff. Our daughter lives near by so it is the perfect location for us and we have been staying here for 10 years sometimes with multiple rooms on expanded family visits from Maine. We are rewards members and like to stay at Marriott properties. We have also stayed at the near-by Courtyard but prefer to have a kitchenette. This property has gradually declined over the 10 years with little or no obvious improvement. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. On this visit (March 2025) the entrance door and foyer nearest our room was well look at my pictures. It remained that way during our stay, even though we reported it needed cleaning. The shower matt was clean but threadbare. There was garbage in the barrels in our room when we arrived to an otherwise clean room, did somebody have lunch in the room after being cleaned ? This morning I went to the computer to print a boarding pass and the computer was hung up. I reported it to the front desk and all I got was oh sorry. Now I realizes the person at the desk might not be an IT expert but I am sure there are some working computers in their office that could print a boarding pass. I'll just do it at the airport. Mostly the property is just tired and the staff appear to be overwhelmed / overworked ??? We are sorry to have to leave as it is so convenient and the staff is friendly. We visited some other near-by properties on this visit and feel can do better elsewhere in the future.

  Excellent service

  We had booked two different rooms, one to my parents who are really old and one for my family of 3. We had an excellent experience and I highly recommended even if you plan to go to Boulder, it’s a very short drive. The staff was very welcoming, a special compliment to Karsten from the front desk. He really helped us on our stay and after me and my family checked out, he continued helping my parents. This make all the difference to a tourists that doesn’t know how to navigate in a different city/country. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel. Anna

  Convenient to Boulder without the Boulder prices

  This was a fairly standard Residence Inn. Nothing special to recommend it, but also nothing particular to complain about. I agree with other reviewers who noted that the rooms are in need of renovation, but they were clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast ran out of plates and silverware one morning, but they had paper and plastic ready soon after. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, but they did not do anything to recognize my Marriott status, and they tried to claim that every-other-day housekeeping is the new Marriott standard. (That's not been my experience elsewhere.) The best thing is that it gives you lots of space, a full kitchen, and is convenient to Boulder without the Boulder prices.

  Average hotel, nice location

  Average Marriott, Room was OK, housekeeping didn’t come one of the two days. Staff was not very accommodating. It is nicely located and still quiet and off the main thoroughfare. Always nice to have a kitchen. The furniture was old and in need of replacing.

  Lot of Cost Cutting and incomplete amenities

  Lot of cost cutting was done on this property. No body lotion was provided, no extra toilet tissue paper was provided. We stayed for 4 days and no room service was provided infect trash was also not taken out ,we have to ask at reception to give us towels and when asked for room service they said they can try but actually nothing was done. Breakfast server was little rude when asked for fruit she said hold on for a while. Reception people were not in sync we already asked for change room with night staff we had to explain same to 2 other early morning staff. They didn't even gave 2 water bottle or any welcome note or bag to welcome guest.
