Highly recommend if you are staying in the area for more than one night; you will enjoy the space.
The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. We were there for 6 days and it was wonderful to have living room and bedroom, a kitchen, and well maintained laundry facilities down the hall. It is tucked away, so it is very quiet.

Perfect for a short or extended stay; EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!!
With a surgery scheduled at the nearby Centura Avista Hospital, we needed a convenient location for a 10 day stay and decided on the Marriott Residence Inn. The handicap accessible room on the first floor was very clean, and also safe and comfortable during my recovery. The hotel lobby/sitting area with a warm fireplace was inviting and large enough to accommodate gatherings of different sizes throughout the day and evening. What we didn't anticipate was the beyond amazing staff that treated us like family during our stay. I received friendly greetings and words of encouragement every day from Rebecca, the manager and every member of her staff. The breakfast each day was freshly prepared and refilled - standard fare, but delicious and very much appreciated. We loved the super friendly and hard working kitchen staff. I had a gift delivered a few days after checking out, and Rebecca took the time to email me, agreeing to hold the package until I could come to pick it up. It was my observation that there was a camaraderie among staff and an extra measure of friendliness to guests throughout our stay -- something that is not often experienced these days. I'm now a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member because of my experience staying at this particular hotel. Highly recommend if you are looking for an exceptional service oriented hotel in the Boulder/Louisville/Broomfield area with all the necessary amenities for shopping and dining nearby.

Pretty good but not up to Marriott standards
Spent 5 nights in Nov. The first night the desk clerk put us in the wrong room. We booked a king and got a queen handicapped. Another clerk moved us the next morning with no apology and the hotel was not full at all. The king studio was large with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, a desk and sofa and a full kitchen. We never used the kitchen except to make coffee. The heat worked well, was not noisy, and our room was quiet. The toilet paper and tissue were the worst I've ever had. Super 8 quality if that. The airports have better tp. We often stay in Fairfield Inns (also Marriott) and I've had no complaints about their tp. The breakfast was good but exactly the same every day. Since we ate there 5 days, it was boring. Always scrambled eggs and meat. Watery oatmeal and a decent variety of cereals and breads. No waffle maker. They make it onsite so they could do better. A big tv but no channel guide. We travel to this area fairly often but I don't think we will return to this hotel.

Nice quiet place to stay
We stayed for 3 nights. Check in was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly, always saying welcome back when we returned to the hotel. The area around the hotel is quiet. Breakfast our 1st day was ok, I have had better at other Residence inns. Breakfast 2nd day stepped up and was what I have come to expect. The room was great and comfortable. One complaint is that the A/C in the hall right outside our room was very cold.

Good enough but could easily be better
Just spent six nights here.Staff was good, rooms clean, and standard amenities were fine (BBQ area, full kitchens, laundry, etc). Where this property fell short was the redundant breakfast offerings - the absolute same items every morning got old after a couple of days. They also do not offer the evening mixer like other Residence Inns - a victim of CoVID initially but now just a cost savings for individual properties. We were in town for meetings and after the long days, just wanted to relax and watch some TV to unwind after our late dinner. Guess what? The hotel has no guide to their tvs nor does the tv remote. We couldn't even find a station guide online because the front desk told us it's a hotel cable system. I know this sounds trivial but not being able to know what's on which stations results in a lot of channel surfing. The only premiun station offered was Encore but you'll never know what's playing or when without a guide!! Would be easy to remedy these issues...
