Amazing time
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff was great and our housekeeper Candida was such a sweet heart and so kind to my daughters. There isn’t enough words to describe how much we love it here We’ll definitely be back!

Disappointment across the board
I was extremely disappointed with the hotel. The property is not well maintained - the rooms and bathrooms are very small, and have a damp unclean feel to them. The pool area is really small with very limited seating, but the gym was nice, well staffed and clean. The front desk staff were unkind and unprofessional. When I politely asked them to add my Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite number (the first time) to our room/account, I was told that I would not get credit for the stay because we were on a group convention rate. I have stayed at literally hundreds of Marriott properties around the world, often on group rates, and I have never heard that policy. I went back the next day, and the gentleman at the front desk said he would add it (yet to be confirmed). I have also stayed at the Hyatt in Aruba and it's a much better property and experience, as are the Ritz Carlton and the Hilton.

Very Nice Resort
We stayed on the Marina Adult Side. The family friendly beach side is 5 minute walk down the road. The Marina side is very nice, clean and modern. The private island boat pick up is inside the hotel which was super cool (this is the first place the boat picks up too so getting a seat wasn't an issue). The hotel is fused with shopping and casino. The pool at the marina side is small and not resort-like but guests are able to go to the "beach side" to use the pool. That side is a little more traditional in regards to a resort, although I wouldn't call this side having a beach either. We did not do the all inclusive. The property food we tried was great but there is plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. This hotel felt safe and staff was very welcoming. Taxis are easily available (bring cash). The hotel's private island is included and really is the highlight of booking at this hotel. The island was amazing and resort-like. We went 3 times in our 5 day trip. There is a short nature trail you can walk on the island (20 minutes round trip). The waters where you swim were clear and beautiful. The island has food, drinks, towels, floats and snorkels. We did not rent a cabana and it was fine but if you want one rent it very early. Plenty of chairs! My only disappointment was my massage that I got at the Marina side hotel. It was NOT worth it. The lady massaged like an amateur. Overall I would recommend and go back to this hotel.

Best resort around Aruba
What an amazing experience we had with Marriott Renaissance Wind Creek! Greeted with a smile and a refreshing lemonade (pretty sure with rum ;)) drink and ease of transporting us to our ocean suites location across the street facing the sea with crystal blue waters. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable with plenty of storage, half sea view and half market place view from the balcony which allowed us to watch live entertainment nightly from our balcony as well the arrival or departures of cruises which was very impressive! Our favorite is going to the private islands via boat from inside the resort, out to the sea 15 min ride, arriving to paradise (see photos below) greeted with the best hostess Brishelle who gave us first timers her guidance and any assistance. Then heading to the adults side with flamingos to feed and take pictures with or you can explore family side with plenty of kids fun activities and iguanas. If you prefer your own space you can book your own hut over the water and private service for a nice few $$. The resort is walking distance from downtown (heart of it really) and all the different local markets, great restaurants and of course indoor mall with high end brands. My favorite restaurant was West Deck walking distance from the resort with great seafood, entertainment and favorite local Aruban beer Balashi, Chill or Mango beer - must try!

My friend and I enjoyed ourselves so much at the Renaissance we will go back for sure.
Extremely clean, food was great and service the best. Special shout out to our server Vanie at the island restaurant and the chef there Irving who makes fabulous salads. I have visited before and worried it wouldn’t be as good as I remembered. It was better. Peter our server at the cocktail bar also needs a mention, what a memory. I will definitely return next year!
