  **An Exceptional Experience Thanks to Brian! 🌴⭐

  Our stay in Jamaica was absolutely amazing! 🇯🇲🌴 The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was welcoming, and there was always something to enjoy. From the entertainment and activities to the food, amenities, and overall hospitality, the experience made for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcomed and taken care of, and the entire trip was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. A special shoutout to our butler, Brian, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! He was attentive, professional, personable, and always one step ahead of our needs. His exceptional service and genuine care made us feel valued and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. Brian is a true asset to the resort, and we are so grateful to have had him as our butler. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic Jamaican getaway, and we would love to return! 🌴☀️

  Anniversary Awesomeness!!!

  Here's my review of my 7-day stay at the Princess Senses from beginning to end. Booking and Arrival First, booking though not a terrible problem, did include a long distance call, which if it had been an 800 number, would have been a bit easier. After booking, we arrived at the airport, and caught the shared shuttle with no issues whatsoever. The ride was about 1.5-2 hours, but seemed to go by rather quickly. We arrived at the luxurious facility, and were directed into a cart to check in at the Platinum side of the resort, maybe a 5 minute ride. Check-in Then we checked in. Our check in was great with a special thanks to Yasheka, she was super warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Ricardo also helped with variuos questions we had at check-in, and was very accomodating. Jason (ooh and ahhs), with women feigning over him and a couple of guys too, not exactly sure why, was there later in the trip to help with any other questions we had and to get carts for us from the Platinum Lounge Area. The Room After receiving bracelets (this is your room key) we were off to our swimout room. The room was spectacular and included a fully stocked fridge (replenished daily) . We were guided to our room by our butler Dennis, who showed us around the room and all of the amenities offered at the hotel. He was spectaculer, more on him later. Why here We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. Dennis knew all about it, and gussied up our room and provided wine, pastries and fruit to celebrate with. He also ran a bubble bath for us out on the deck so we could relax and enjoy our anniverary together. This was a great added bonus and made us feel special. He's the best. The food For breakfast, we mostly went to the platinum lounge, as they served a variety of buffet foods as well as a sit down menu. We were welcomed daily by Suzaine who greeted us and welcomed us each morning to the platinum lounge. She was lovely. We also tried the buffet on the other side of the resort, but found the platinum lounge to be more convenient. We wouldnt eat lunch that often, but the platinum lounge provided a great variety of things throughout the day, and you can always order room service. Dinners, besides the buffet that we ate at once or twice were arranged by our butlers, either Dennis, or Neisano, who were both fabulous about setting it up. I would highly recommend the teppinaki, we ate there 2x, and it was fantastic. The facilities The beach was great and swimmable on the family side. It was a bit mangrovey on the platinum side, but the place is so large that finding beach spots was never an issue, and the butlers would bring drinks as needed (water shoes likely needed). We also went to the platinum roof bar fairly often. The view from the infinity pool was glorious and Shamone the bartender was the best, she is highly skilled at her craft. We went to the MVP Lounge which was nice for drinks and snacks. They have a dispensary, and a 24 hour coffee shop which was also very convenient. Gavin and Tevin drove the carts for us back and forth most days and were extremely friendly and outgoing. We also had a spa day for a couples massage, which was great. Entertainment They offer entertainment daily and nightly, given to us daily by our butlers via Whats App. We usually went to the nightly entertainment which we found very appealing. Including Starfire who was a great singer and entertainment specialist. We did go check out the food trucks, which were ok, and the theater as well, but found it a bit far away from the platinum area, but still accomodating. We also tried the rum tasting with Tiffany, which I highly recommend. The Platinum Experience The platinum experience was great. Our butlers are the best in the business, with an extra shout out to Dennis. He took care of literally everything, and even things we didnt ask for. He is great and a fantastic employee of your organization. We would be devastated if we came back and he was no longer there. He is an asset, and worth every dime. Conclusion Overall it was a fantastic experience and 1 that we will never forget. We felt pampered, taken care of, and relaxed, and this is exactly what was needed for our anniversary.

  Excellent staff!!

  Today is one week since my husband and I returned from our anniversary trip. The resort is beautiful. It is clean and well maintained. It reminds me of most all inclusive resorts except for one very important factor that sets it apart. The amazing staff! From the time we checked in we were greeted with attentive, kind , and hardworking staff. Yasheka checked us in and helped clear up a room snafu quickly and with a smile. She never made us feel like a burden no matter how many questions we asked throughout our stay. She always had a smile and was very helpful. The other people at reception Jason and Ricardo were also helpful. JASON!!!! We were in the Platinum area and the lovely lady , Suzaine was always there to greet us at the buffet. We told her our name, room number and allergies on day 1 and from then on she addressed us by our name and knew the allergies without asking. She sees a lot of people so it makes you feel special to be recognized. Really adds to your experience. We had golf cart rides often around the resort. Two of our favorite drivers were Gavin and Tevin. There is tons of entertainment. Star fire keeps you involved and entertained with her voice and her energy. If you’ve made it this far you’ve made it to the best part- our butlers. Naisano was great and met our every need. He was always available and helpful, sadly we only had him a few days. However, if you want the best service you will ever have you must request Dennis. He was the butler we had most days. He was the absolute best. By the time we left he felt like family. He not only met our needs but he predicted them as well. There was never a moment we felt the need to stress or worry about anything. It was always “no problem” as Dennis would say. He truly was the best! If you go you must request Dennis as your butler and I can guarantee you will have a memorable and relaxing stay.

  Jodadene(aka jodimacoroni). She has been the best bar staff for the 10 days we have been here. Keeping us refreshed all day long, remembering our order. She is always smiley and laughing. Thank you Jodi for making our stay memorable.

  One Love

  The accommodations were great! From the room to the pool, bar, restaurants and a dispensary!! Most of all the level of service EVERY team member provided from those at the restaurants, bars, pools ,buffet, security, cleaning staff, reception and butlers. Everyone had great personalities, professionalism and pride in their Country and culture. One Love
