Go once and you'll be back
After endless hours spent researching places to stay in Grace Bay Providenciales I can save you the exhaustion by reading this review. This is your best choice as far as location, value, and service. After visiting for the first time I was so satisfied with my choice that I returned again this year in my same exact room. Many restaurants on site and within walking distance. Designated beach area with chairs and umbrellas, free Kayaks, SUP, floats. The beach is like a pool in May.

Taxes and fees are a killer
Planning to go to Turks and Caicos for a long time and saw a favorable write up about hthis resort. Went to book this hotel and noticed they charge $1359 in taxes and service fees on top of the $2700 base rate. Just couldnt do it.

Gem in Provo!
My husband and I stayed at this property for 11 nights; most of our stay was in a 6 person villa which we shared with family but we also spent 5 nights in a deluxe king bed with balcony room. The property has been recently renovated, the rooms are well appointed. Clean and well maintained. The staff is awesome, they attempt to go out of their way to service guests. The villa is an excellent choice for a group of 6, and we enjoyed the usually shared plunge pool privately as there was nobody at the neighbouring villa. The full functioning kitchen, laundry and screened patio were super convenient. The bedrooms and bathrooms in the villa were comfortable and beautifully appointed. The details were much appreciated such as excellent wifi, books and games available, kitchen stocked with every tool and gadget you would need including plenty of dinnerware, glasses and cups. The linens and beds were lovely and comfortable. The king rooms with balcony at the main hotel were comfortable as well. The only issue we experienced in both the villa and our second stay in king bed hotel room is air conditioning not working but the staff did resolve the issue though it took time and a lot of patience. The beach is a short walk across the street. Chairs and umbrellas were always available for guests. Breakfast although basic was convenient and helpful in starting the day. Pastries available even after you miss breakfast which is a thoughtful touch. Full service grocery store with hot counter available across the street which is super convenient. Lots of restaurants available within walking distance, although renting a car is recommended if you’d like to explore the island and have more options accessible for dinner. Ports of Call resort is an excellent choice for the value conscious traveller.

Mothers Day Vacation
Our overall stay at the Port of Calls was a very good one. I would recommend and return in the future. The entire stay was pleasant and if you are looking for a laidback place to stay this the place for you. The resort is close to the grocery store which was an added bonus. We did use the grill one day of our stay. The housekeeping service was great and that’s always a plus. The breakfast was an added bonus which was made even more welcoming and pleasant by Melami and her emphatic greeting and warm smile: thanks again for that. Exceptional customer service is always appreciated. Additionally Tywan (spelling) was a joy to speak to and was very knowledgeable about various topics about the beautiful island and any other questions we had. We met him at the managers social. We had a very friendly conversation with him and again exceptional customer service is always huge with me: Just a few suggestions to improve the stay : The fan should be left on by the bar : I asked about it , but it didn’t happen. Also more repellents for the area at night : the bugs can be relentless: The check out process was smooth and the young lady who facilitated( I forget her name) was pleasant and helpful every encounter that I har with her. The pool was small but nice as well as the hot tub. Just one final thought: I am waiting for the credit card deposit to be returned to my card. It has been two days. But, overall Ports of Calls was nice and is in a very convenient location to the beach and food venues very close by.
