Apr 20, 2025Great location, friendly staff
The hotel is in a great location with friendly and competent staff. Coffee in the morning in the lobby is a great plus. We have stayed at this hotel several times (at least 6 times in the past 3 years) and the staff and especially the valets knew us by name. We requested an ADA room and Travis was able to secure the room for us. We will definitely stay at this hotel again during our next trip to Oahu.

Apr 20, 2025Ok hotel, horrible check-in experience
The lobby is gorgeous, and it conveniently has an ABC store connected to it. We had several problems with our check-in. The room we had reserved was not available because of some type of construction, so they put us in a room that did not fit our needs at all. We had reserved a room with 2 double beds and oceanfront; they put us in a room with a king bed and a foldout couch. We went down to the desk, and they offered us another room. When we went to this room, there was already somebody occupying it. So, the third time was a charm, and they finally got us the room we wanted. The location is nice because it is on the edge of downtown, so it is quieter and less busy, but the downtown is totally within walking distance. We were upset because there was a marathon taking place in front of the hotel on one of the days we were there, and the hotel never informed us that the road would be blocked so we couldn't reach the parking for several hours. Overall, the hotel was ok, but nothing great. We were so frustrated with the check-in that it left a bad taste in our mouths for the rest of the stay.

The Zoo and The Staff-very special!
Such a great Location newar Zoo and the staff are sooooo amazing! Be back again in next year or two! Free floaties and LULU's is such a Gem-Surfy Restaurant with great food and views...The beach x street to left of the little wharf local jump off has great sand and nice swimming area!

Excellent service
We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Waikiki. Not only is it in an ideal location but also their staff is very well trained, friendly and courteous. We do recommend a junior suite. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the service manager Chivas Miyashiro, I am sure he will take excellent care of you.

Awesomeness
The view from the pool was breathtaking. It was picturesque and looked like a living postcard. The colors of the water with the varying shades of blue was beautiful. During the night it was like a scene from a movie. The moon rising behind the mountain was so peaceful and calming.
