Great stay on Waikiki
The staff was excellent and very courteous. We were initially underwhelmed with our room but based on a comment in passing, Chaz took the initiative to move us to a room which met our expectation for a Waikiki beach hotel. Chaz and the rest of the staff really made our first experience on Waikiki memorable. Thank you.

I would absolutely stay again!
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hotel needs are pretty basic as we don’t spend a lot of time there, we want and received a king size bed and a clean bathroom that you’re not afraid to use. The free beach chairs were a nice perk as was the view from our 6th floor room. Being at the end of Waikiki gets you out of the downtown hustle yet is still convenient to plenty of activities.

Comfortable stay
This hotel is located on the quiet, less busy end of Waikiki beach. There is still traffic noise but fewer people. The hotel is older but good value for the money. We were always the last pick up point for bus tours which meant we got picked up later (so could sleep a little longer) but that also meant we were dropped off last. That wasn’t terrible. Hotel staff were friendly and helped where they could. The hotel is located right across the street from a great beach and protected beach which would be great for those less comfortable in the open ocean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The shower had great pressure. I loved that this hotel has a special drinking water machine in the lobby and offered tea and coffee complimentary in the morning. The fitness room is small but we were doing many other activities and found it sufficient. Same with the pool, it is smaller and shallower, which is great for children, but you couldn’t really do laps in it. It is more for cooling off when tanning (without getting sand everywhere). There is a restaurant on the second floor, Lulu’s, which we ate at 3-4 times and loved the food, convenience, and 10% discount for people staying at the hotel. There is a Starbucks and a little breakfast place right on the corner, and a Denny’s just down the street. Again, I liked the location, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the hotel. Overall, I was very happy with our stay at the Park Shore.

Perfect location with ocean view
Very good location in the end of Waikiki. The beach is just across the street. Choose a room with an ocean view and you can enjoy the sunset from your balcony every evening. We also appreciated kona coffee in the lobby every morning.

Good hotel on Waikiki Beach.
Arrived late at the hotel and checked into a room that was not what we booked. Because it was after midnight, we stayed but the following morning, visited the front desk. Within minutes, we were offered another room…and enjoyed a great time at the Park Shore. The management and staff make your stay enjoyable, stress-free, plus the concierge desk is second to none in helping you with everything from booking taxis, tours, restaurant reservations, etc. Rooms are on the small size but comfortable with all amenities. It’s situated in a great area across from the beach. Will come back to the Park Shore next year and recommend to friends and family.
