Advisory Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution.
Advisory Prices are based on single or double occupancy. Additional occupants may incur a charge of $40 plus tax, per person, per night. These charges as well as the Resort Fees will be collected upon check-in by the hotel and are subject to change without notice.

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals. Please check with hotel for daily incidental fees/security deposits.

No smoking allowed in the casino, convention center, restaurants and bars, hotel rooms, corridors, or common areas, including resort pools.

Convention Policy - Convention attendees cannot not book this property for their convention stay, they must book through the proper convention source. Convention attendees that violate this policy will be responsible for paying any higher rates and may not be eligible for any promotional offerings.

Pet Policy

Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:
• Dogs are the only animal allowed.
• There is a mandatory dog friendly fee of [$100.00 per night, per dog] for rooms and [$150.00 per night, per dog] for suites. These fees will be applied to your folio and payable directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
• Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
• A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
• Due to health code regulations, dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through.
• Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites, and the designated outdoor locations.

    Hank Grace Is An Excellent Security Guard

    Me and my significant other were looking for a great place to eat. We asked a random security guard where a specific location was at and he directed us to the location. He also made a recommendation about another restaurant on the property that we might be interested in. We decided to take up his recommendation and it was not a disappointment. The food was great, the staff was friendly and the distance was closer than our original destination. Big shout out to Hank Grace, you did us right for my girls birthday.

    Find another MGM property

    Of all the MGM properties in Vegas, this one needs an overall. The bathroom is old and from the 90's. There's no comfortable working place and limited to know amenities in the room. I suggest you look to another MGM property if you want to stay on MGM grounds.

    Great Stay!

    Very clean and love that this is a non smoking facility! Parking is convenient. Clean room and comfortable beds! Easy check in through your phone or kiosk. Didn't have to wait in line at the Front Desk. Great location, in the heart of the Strip.

    MGM Park great stay

    Great staff. Front desk was amazing provided upgrades just for asking. Rooms were clean and restaurants were outstanding. Would definitely stay here again especially with family. Love the craps table at casino too. Many different restaurants too choose especially if you live Italian.

    Park MGM is the perfect hotel for Bruno Mars concert!!!

    Went for NYE Bruno Mars concert with my teen and had a wonderful time! Clean and well-appointed room, Bruno Mars Official merch shop in lobby, nice casino areas, convenient Starbucks location, Eataly had great restaurant areas, and it was really great to queue for the concert from inside the hotel without having to leave. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend for anyone (and especially those with teens)!
