This hotel has the potential to be really 5 star except for their issues with air conditioning. We could not get our room below 74 degrees even though the temp outside was in the mid 40's. The hotel attempted to fix things but couldn't. They offered a suite but it was hotter than our current room. The engineer shot the temp coming out of the a/c vents and it was warm as well. Made no sense. Their excuses didn't make sense. They finally told us a law in Zurich didn't allow them to get the temp lower than 5 degrees below outside temp but the temp never reached 70 degrees outside. That wasn't a feasible excuse. Other than that, it was great.

I had a wonderful time during my stay in Park Hyatt Zurich. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the room service was top-notch. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable, and the hotel facilities truly exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was exceptional.

In April, my family and I spent five nights at the Park Hyatt Zurich. Every day, we had breakfast at Parkhuus Restaurant, which had a lovely atmosphere. Above all, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I want to express my gratitude to Natalia and Lucas. They are very friendly and attentive :)

A Layover turned EXPERIENCE. Incredible Concierge - THANK YOU NATALYIA
Absolutely beautiful service from check-in to departure. Natalyia at the concierge desk helped prepare an incredible itinerary for us as we arrived on a 1 day layover with no plan. She helped us to avoid the marathon which we didn't know was in town and explained delays in public transportation perfectly so that we could catch our onward flight ON TIME the next day.

A Must Stay
Wow! This Hyatt exceeded my expectations. The level of service is on par with the Ritz or Four Seasons. As a business owner, I can tell when there is a training program in place that puts the client/guest needs above all else. At breakfast, we weren't assigned a waiter/waitress. Instead, the entire staff made sure we were taken care of. One afternoon I had a couple of questions so I waited in line at the front desk as they were checking folks in. A team member came over to me (I clearly wasn't checking in) to ask if they could assist me. They answered my questions without the need for me to continue to wait in line. Fantastic! Fun fact, they have a Rolls Royce to take you to your dinner reservation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Zurich. A hearty thank you to the entire staff at Park Hyatt Zurich! Cheers!
