Best experience ever
We are the Mauvais’s family and we stay at this beautiful resort for 4 nights, it was well worth it. My bellman Emmanuel was so nice and kind to us he welcome took us to our rooms and made sure we had no other questions before he left. I felt very lucky to have mackenson cesar as our tour guide, butler and anything we needed him to be. Thank you Mr cesar you are appreciated. Over all the staff at the restaurants are great people very kind and ready to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with or without children.

Paradisus Garden Suite Review
We had reservations for Nitke and we were instead placed in the Garden Suites. The management did nothing to correct their mistake. We were in an older building, with no elevator, much farther from the beach. My father is 91 years old and had difficulty with his balance, and he had to walk up and down two flights of steps a few times a day. We paid for something that we did not receive. It's upsetting that this could not have been corrected while we were still there. We paid the premium but did not get the product. If we didn't pay for Palma, we would have been very happy where we were. But we paid a lot and didn't get what we paid for. The concierge is a glorified salesperson and I did not like being pushed to buy more the whole time we were there.

Is great staff very bad food. Unless you like pasta.
I am here at the wellness center in punta Cana, 1st the good the staff is incredible the grounds are beautiful the beach is awesome If you come you have to upgrade to the level otherwise your trip will suck. Breakfast buffet is good like all hotels omelets bacon eggs it's.. For lunch you better like pasta and hamburgers that's all they !!!! They have 2 allocard restaurants when is Vietnamese, and the other is mediterranean, they have a 3rd but for some reason they won't let you book there not sure why I could not get an answer. Now they have one buffet and once again you better lay pasta that's it or pink chicken but no 1 likes pink chicken so you'd better like pasta. After dinner it is better the lobby bar is awesome to Margarita bar is better and the staff is unbelievable. But like I said you'd better like pasta get ready to carb load because that's all you're gonna do. PS They do not always restock your minibar not a big deal the bar is not far but they actually called and asked if everything was great told them they didn't restock the Mini bar they said they'll send someone right away but that never happened lol. We'll not come back you should go to the be live Adult's only hotel much better much much better. I leave on Tuesday I will update if anything gets better but I seriously doubt it. Looks like I'll be having more pasta.

Paradisus Royal Service - Ghost Town
We stayed here in 2014. In the Royal Service. So many beautiful memories. Fast forward to January 2023, I was staying in the resort beside, at the Grand Bavaro Princess Platinum, and without realizing it, the Paradisus was right next door in complete shambles. We decided to walk over and have a look. Sooo sad to see that it had been completely desiccated in the last 2 years since the Pandemic. The security guard took us on a little tour of the grounds. It was so upsetting to see how everything was left to rot. The rooms were still filled with all the furniture. The grounds, which were once so lush and beautiful, are now overgrown and in shambles. We were shown a picture of what is to become of this ONCE beautiful haven. Completion should be ready by 2027. I've attached a few pictures of our trip in 2014 and NOW, 2023. Cheers to the good memories of the Royal Section at the Paradisus !!

Excellent, would revisit this place again
Facilities, overall, were well maintained and the staff was extremely helpful/attentive. Food overall was great. They can’t really do Asian or European cuisines very well, but any type of grilled meat (or veggies), especially lamb and chicken, tuna, and salmon were superb. Obviously, their Dominican cuisine is their best. I also personally I loved that, at one point, when we ordered 3 mimosas they sent us a whole bottle of champagne, and orange juice, and brought it right to us at our swim-up pool. It was a very nice touch from room service. A special shout-out to our butler Victor who did the best he could under unique circumstances to welcome us and keep tabs on us. He was very easy to reach when we needed help.
