    Great family vacation

    e just returned from Paradisus a few days ago and I cannot say enough good things about it! This was the first time traveling internationally with our 3 small children (4,2,1) and this place lived up to the hype of being extremely family friendly. From the kids activities to the staff in the restaurants, everyone was extremely kind, accommodating, and genuinely happy to interact with our kids. Although everyone was truly amazing, a few stuck out as real gems. Eduardo our family concierge was so helpful and left cute gifts for the kids daily. Amaya at the Lunchbox was so good with our baby, talking to him and carrying him around to help entertain him. Selina too was so attentive to our baby! Luis A at Aquazone couldn’t be happier to be there. You could tell he genuinely loved his job and loved being around kids all day. Nancy at North Bar was warm and friendly too. We looked forward to seeing her each evening. Socrates at Celsius was super attentive while we ate and drank by the pool; he was so friendly! All of the food at the restaurants were great as well; really top quality. The only complaint we had about the entire trip was dinner the first night at the buffet.

    A week in PARADISE!

    The room provided was always cleaned everyday and the beds were absolutely the best. The staff here is THE BEST and treat you SO nice, honestly the best customer service out there. If you had a small problem such as forgetting a toothbrush or not liking the food they would do their best to accommodate you. I wrote down some names of the staff that were absolutely the best and outstanding to me and my family which were the waitress Liliana, Valentina, and Euelio, which were located at the Restaurant Naos. These people were very very nice and talkative and made your time here feel like you were in paradise. During the buffet the waitress check on you to see if you need any help or need anything which was so nice. The next staff that were TOP NOTCH which were chefs, Gerardo and Leonardo. We had made a comment on the quality of the food being different as before (our second time visiting the hotel) and they were SO quick to MAKE us a specialized meal for me and my family. The food they made was absolutely delicious and honestly the best food I had ever tasted. ALL THE staff in the buffet during the week we stayed (Oct. 7-13) was the absolute best and I will never stop ranting about it. Thank you for the best stay and to all the amazing staff!

    Amazing staff

    Not normally a resort we would go to, but the staff here made it amazing! Special shout out to Elmer (and his assistant Sonia) from the Naos Restaurant - they were both the very best! Elmer and Sonia ensured we were always taken care of and went out of their way to help us navigate through our dietary restrictions. More importantly, you could tell both of them care greatly for their job and our experience as guests.

    Concierge was fantastic!!

    Eduardo Félix was our family concierge, and he did an amazing job. He made sure we knew what activities were going on for the day and when your dinner time and location. He also made all reservations and made sure our experience was unforgettable. The facility was very beautiful and the beaches were as well. I would definitely stay here again with my family.
