We had a really great time mostly because the staff was so attentive. In particular Franklyn our personal concierge . Always helping us plan each day's activity. Had a great week golfing and relaxing. Also Angela upgraded our room having some up patio. It is off season and it felt like we had the place to look our selves

Amazing views, relaxing vibe, great resort!
This resort is amazing. It's beautiful, accessible, and the staff is incredible. We started our trip checking in with Anyela, who gave us the best room when we did an upgrade to a swim-up room (highly recommend) the patio leads directly to a large swimming pool, with super easy access to the beach. She was friendly, professional, explained everything and seriously gave us the best room! We had a large pool almost entirely to ourselves, and used it every day. The restaurants are tasty, there's day and night activities, and just all-around relaxing beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this for relaxing, unwinding, and de-stressing!

Amazing Concierge
The resort it self is amazing the staff tops all staff that I have ever seen or being a part of. Our concierge Ariel Benzo has made this vacation/honeymoon as amazing as our wedding. Anything we needed to know he was there, any questions he was able to answer as soon as we send the message. He set up every dinner each night I love the resort and I love Ariel Benzo.

Home again with my Melia Family!
We just returned from a week’s vacation at the Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana. This was a return visit for us. We stayed on the adults only Reserva section. Our concierge Zenovia greeted us with open arms, “welcome back family.”This is the hardest working woman I have met. She absolutely took care of everything for us (dinner reservations, special requests and constantly checking in with us). In her few days off Christian took over. What an amazing young man. He did an amazing job on fulfilling our requests. Also, the Reserva side has an inclusive restaurant for us Sante. All of the staff there (breakfast, lunch & dinner) were so professional and kind. They recognized us from last year. The a la carte restaurants were fabulous, some better than others but we definitely noticed some big changes in food items. Now the beach service..what can I say a true paradise. From the beach beds yes I said beds to the butler service. The staff that I must mention are Raphael, Pedro and Martin and also the bartender (forgot his name). You want luxury and top service book Reserva. These men worked tirelessly all day without a flinch. Always smiling and constantly refilling drinks which they remember by heart. Their kindness is next to none. Also treated myself to a massage and all I can say is Gladys you have some magic hands! Best massage ever! This is definitely my go to vacation spot. Thank you for the perfect vacation it takes a team effort to make a whole experience happen. Hasta luego till next year!

Beautiful resort
Overall the resort was beautiful and you are well taken care of! The only thing I would say negative: Venders constantly coming up to you on the beach to sell you something. This was frustrating. The food hurt my stomach due to the use of soybean oils/seed oils! I suggested the resort move to a more natural oil to fry/cook their food on the feedback survey I was sent!
