    Hands down best concierge service

    Paradisus Palma Real was a great resort. Good food (the Dominican restaurant Flora was the best), solid nightly entertainment, and a grand feel. But what will make it stand out in memory is the OUTSTANDING service from our personal concierge Yinesca. All the staff were wonderful, always warm and friendly. Always greeting us with a smile. But this young woman is a stand out. I cannot say enough about her. She was the epitome of professionalism and was still able to make us feel like family. Yinesca helped make dinner reservations and made sure anything we needed at our room was taken care of like any concierge would. But, she took time out of her already busy schedule to just talk and actually communicate to get to know us. She surprised us by going outside of her work hours and off the resort to assist us when we couldn’t find what we needed at the resort store. She came in early on our last day to see us off and make sure everything went smoothly. We literally couldn’t have hoped for a better concierge experience. As someone who owns his own businesses and knows the value of people skills, I can confidently say her people skills are stellar and the Paradisus Palma Real is extremely fortunate to have Yinesca.

    Eriol was great!

    Resort was nice, but I’m off season. Our concierge Eriol was so helpful and helped make our stay so wonderful. He was the best!!

    Lovely rooms and grounds . Food is wanting

    Stayed for conference. The room was big and comfortable. The free room service was great to have although one night they said issue with the kitchen and would not do it. Adequate amount of pools and easy to book excursions from the hotel. First thing in the morning has to be to reserve a restaurant as gh4 main buffet food trends from bland to inedible.

    Love this hotel

    From the moment we arrived we were treated beyond our expectations, the hotel has breath taking views, the food and ambiance in all restaurants are amazing and to top it all we had Yaleidi Sims as our concierge, she went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. Without a doubt the Paradisus Palma Real Golf and Spa is one of my favorite places to visit. Thank you for an amazing week and see you next year.

    Excellent All Inclusive Resort

    My friend and I were really impressed with this resort. Our junior sweet with garden view was a 5-minute walk to the pool, beach and all the restaurants, so convenient! It was nice to have to take a cart to either get from our room to the restaurants and lobby or vice-versa. The junior suite was absolutely amazing, especially the unique and modern bath and separate shower. The room resort was spotless and our concierge, Leandro, was a 5-star concierge ! He checked in with us every single day, made sure we had everything we needed requested, and had reserved our first two days of restaurants for our convenience. He would respond to our requests within minutes! He really made us feel special!
