We had a phenomenal experience with Gerardo, Ricardo and Chef Chris went above and beyond at Santé. We had exceptional service. The attention was incredible. The welcome was warm and hospitable but what came after was exceptional. Managers and hosts consistently checked in to make sure we were satisfied. Our waiter Gerardo was informative with each course. Cocktails, wine and food were perfection. It is our 10th wedding anniversary and we were treated like royalty. Everything was prepared to perfection, crab cakes, burrata, lamb, filet mignon, octopus- we indulged and it was divine. Chef Christopher is genius. His attention to detail on presentation mixed with culinary excellence made our evening next level. If you’re looking for a fine finding at a 5 star resort, don’t hold your breath. Santé is where you need to adventure next. Paradisus Los Cabos may have some Michelin stars in their future. I hope the above mentioned get the praise and recognition they deserve. Gracias for the flaming coffee show and anniversary desserts. I mentioned fireworks - Gerardo pointed to the sky and they were set off. How lovely was that!? Best dinner I’ve had in many many years.

Nov 05, 2026Beautiful Resort, But the Service Didn’t Match the Setting
Paradisus Los Cabos is a beautiful resort, and we loved our swim-up room. The bed was comfortable, and the double shower heads were a great touch. Where the stay fell short was communication. We were there on our honeymoon, which we noted when booking and were asked about several times, but it was never acknowledged at check-in or at any point during our stay. It was a small thing, but it would have meant a lot. We met our concierge on the first day and never saw him again. He also didn’t mention several important things. When it rains, the outdoor restaurants move inside and change their menus. Our Reserve tier also includes a free destination tour to San José on Thursdays and spa access. When we asked about these at the Reserve lounge, the tour had a waitlist and the spa was fully booked through the end of our stay. We did get off the waitlist for the tour, but knowing about these perks up front would have made a big difference. This was our first all-inclusive, so it may just be us, but needing reservations for every restaurant was a bit confusing. On a rainy day, the concierge texted us a rain activity schedule, but when we showed up for bingo, even the activity lead thought it was blackjack time. At checkout, the staff member who kindly collected our bags directed us to the Reserve lounge, but no one was working there, and we were sent to the front desk instead. Things generally sorted themselves out, and the resort itself is lovely. But when you’re paying for a higher-tier room and celebrating something as big as a honeymoon, you expect the service to match the setting.

Cabo
Everything was wonderful. Please book the reserve. They set up everything from dinner reservations to taxis. Our poolside room was amazing. We only had one small issue which was quickly fixed with free massages. Juliette was great. I highly recommend this resort. All of our meals were excellent. The resort was quiet but still fun. A special shout out to Angel, Wendy, Sonia, Lucero, Francisco's, and Jorge. We went during the day of the dead. They had beautiful alters and entertainment. Don't listen to the bad reviews. It is an amazing place!

Paradisus is Paradise
This is our second stay at Paradisus Del Cabo! 5 days of relaxation, warm skies and people and terrific service. We stayed at the Reserve once again - we love our Concierge Roberto who took total care of us everyday! Pool service is incredible shout out to Carlos and Kevin, the beach is gorgeous. Ingrid the Activities Director is an amazing cheerleader and ray of sunshine. Food at all restaurants - many options - sl says great. We will be back!!
