Great Visit with Great Service
Friendly staff at every turn at this hotel. Our room was exactly as expected and no surprises with the bill. Jessica went the extra mile for us keeping our room nice and our coffee supply well stocked.

We stayed at Waikiki outriggers paradise hotel.. Very good location for everything. Needed a microwave but this room didn't have because it was a standard room... I've never seen any hotel that didn't have microwaves in every room not just premium rooms. Had to turn the temp up on the refrigerator.. Staff were really nice and helpful. Made our own lei on the last Friday we were there. Needed more toilet paper.. Had to call twice to get it. It was a terrific hotel except what I mentioned.. Id stay again. Very clean. Very quiet. 🙂

Jessica - Our Aloha Housekeeper
Jessica was our excellent housekeeper for our two week stay in Room 811. She provided daily fresh bedding sheets, bathroom & trash service, and thorough vacuuming of our room. She was always warm, polite and professional. She radiated the aloha spirit and made us feel welcome.
