Wonderful
I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything you want or need is close by and staff are friendly, kind and helpful cannot wait to return! I liked the beach and pool but no hot tub. Plenty of choices for food.

Ohana Vacation
Great location and right on the beach. Staff here is excellent treat you like family rooms are little dated but it just adds to the Hawaiian theme. We found it noisy being on the city view side Ate at Dukes for breakfast daily found it fresh and with lots of breakfast options Staff here really make your stay worthwhile Housekeeping, pool staff, activitites, front desk all very friendly and helpful

Jose is AWESOME!
Checked in for my birthday, and he did all he could to make it special. Talked us through many benefits and we ultimately decided on club level for our stay. He was super informative and very professional. So glad we walked up to his desk.

What an experience!
Customer service was excellent! From the valet to receptionist to cleaning crew and restaurant servers, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Ligaya, the receptionist, accommodated our late departure allowing us to do a really late checkout. We definitely felt we were taken care of while on vacation. Location was also excellent - center of everything! Thank you all. We will be back!

Very disappointed with this hotel. While the location in the heart of Waikiki was nice, the hotel itself was woefully outdated (I’m guessing last updated in the 90’s), far from luxurious and our beach view that we paid extra for was a joke-we literally looked into the The Westin hotel next door. The noise from a “street performer” was so loud you could hear every word even with the balcony door shut late into the night. The balcony was so small you could barely fit two people on it. Even the towels were past their prime-horribly rough and smelled terrible. The second room we had for our kids which was right across the hall and not considered beach view had a better view and was quieter. It had the same tired, outdated furnishings and decor, however. The pool is so small you can barely walk around it and you’re unlikely to get a spot by the pool unless you’re their when it opens. I’m giving 3 stars for the location and the lovely people who work at the hotel. The service was very good. There are better hotel options for the price on the beach.
