The service was excellent the people that work there was very helpful. The two ladies at the butler bar by the pool was amazing very attentive very pleasant. They made sure all was taking care of.

We went to this resort it was top tier. Our roon was fabulous and butler service was amazing they attend to all our needs.

My family and I stayed at the Ocean Coral Spring in Early March for a family vacation and had a wonderful time. The resort felt comfortable with lots of pools and activities to keep us busy for the short 4 day stay we completed. My son loved the waterpark and the staff was very friendly. Twayne our butler in Privilege was excellent as was the butler staff at the pools. I highly recommend the upgrade to the Privilege rooms for access to this restaurant and the amenities. I rated as 4 stars with only two suggestions. The arrival experience did create some delays so if the staff smoothed out that process it would be nicer. Also the food was OK, but I expected more from a 5 star resort. I do not want to end my review on a negative, because I really enjoyed the stay and I felt like I receive REALLY good value for the price paid on an all inclusive resort stay in the Caribbean. My experience here does make me want to return and experience the other hotels in the chain.

You want regret staying at H10
My wife and I love this resort. Every time we visit Jamaica, we stay at H10; our home away from home. We’ve stayed at H10. 4 times and we plan on going back in June. I highly recommend this resort. They have a great staff and the food is delicious.
