The staff are amazing. This resort is gorgeous but the staff make it spectacular! These staff made our stay even better! Francis Gomez from the front desk August, nini, Julio, Sonya first club beach and pool Nestor from transportation Johnny Los Olivia’s Carlos from mariachi bar ( happy retirement in 2 weeks) Luis in the breakfast buffet and beach buffet They all in their own way made us feel welcome and like we were friends! Thank you to all for the amazing service and kind gestures that made our trip more memorable!!

For the amount of money spent it was not worth it, resort is going down hill, with the matience, service was definitely not the royal level excepted, will not be back.

Outstanding and very friendly service, specially at Royal pool
We stayed in this hotel for my sister in law's surprise BD. We chose the Royal luxury experience which gave us several benefits. The Royal pool service was excellent. Julio, Augustin, Ramsey and Sonya with the best attitude and outstanding service. Always with a smile, even more they gave us a special cocktails and cake for my sister in law. Food in all restaurants was really good, shows specially the Jackson's show was awesome. I would definitely back!!

Great Staff
The best part of this place is the staff they go far and beyond to treat everyone with kindness and respect. They have everything you need for your stay at all times has a great location if you want to explore to Bucerias or to Puerto Vallarta it’s right in the middle. If you are the type of person that loves pictures you will have the best sunsets here and great beach stretch

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. For the price we paid and at the Royal level we were shocked that we did not have a balcony. The rooms were clean and cozy but very basic. The food was not bad by any means but left a lot to be desired as far as options went - every day the buffet was the same basic array of shredded meats and generic western fare alongside some mediocre Mexican cuisine. The a la carte's themselves were also only mediocre with the exception of the Tokyo teppen-yaki which was stellar in flare and flavor! The beach was clean and spacious and beautiful! We spent most of our time here. Room service is very limited and options depend on time of day - they will not deliver drinks. This is a major gripe as even at the Royal level there is only one bar open after 10pm so getting a beverage at this time is extremely frustrating due to the queue.
