Anniversary trip.
Nice hotel, great location, food and service. Next to Isla Mujeres Ferry, Mirador de Cancun, Jolly Roger and Captain Hook pirate dinner show. We use the Cancun public bus to move around the area(really cheap). Definitely would back again and recommend it👌.

Vaca
Yana is the best. She makes everything better. Yoga more calming. Singing more beautiful. Dancing more joyful. Games more fun. Thank you for your commitment to making everyone’s day even better. You are a beautiful human. But Roberto sucked. Don’t talk to him.

Overall a great vacation
I had a great stay. The location was excellent. The views and surroundings were beautiful with lots of different watercraft’s and activities going on. Great pool. Food was good and plentiful. The staff really made our stay. Hats off to Oscar, William, Eric and Alberto and many others whose names I unfortunately did not get. Very accessible for wheelchairs and scooters. Although one restaurant had two steps the staff and other diners were quick to use their muscles and get me up and down safely. The room was nice and very clean. I would return if I had the chance.

Poor customer service
I am a travel agent and booked reservations for my parents through Delta Vacations. Upon arrival, the front desk had my parents wait 2 hours to be told they had no reservation. Delta nor I could get ahold of the front desk to speak with anyone. Delta had to send email on their behalf, which was not responded to until the next day. Very little was done to remedy this situation. They were put in a sub par room without amenities and their passports were confiscated in order to obtain a bed the first night. They also attempted to make them pay $200 USD cash, and would not accept credit card. This level of customer service is unacceptable and I will no longer be booking your properties on behalf of my clients.

A Lovely Holiday
We spent 2 weeks at the hotel. On the down side we did have issues with reception and on arrival and found it difficult to speak to them when we wanted, because they are always so busy due to he high turnover of guests. We also had to change rooms and the food in the evenings is not what it should be. However, everything else was very good, 2 lots of entertainment every night a lovely pool and excellent beach area easy access to public transport; bus, ferry, taxi etc. We even managed to get to English speaking Catholic mass on Sunday, the church is 5 min's walk down the road. we had a night out on a Pirate Ship with Captain Hook, don't miss it is a good value fun night out. We recommend you do a catamaran day cruise we booked ours with Marks Tours (+529984084045) he is a reliable good guy and will give you a value for money deal on any trip or tour he sells. We made lots of friends with the staff and other guests from all over north and south America. If you a a sociable sort of person you will like it in this hotel.
