BarWell will also be offering 1 bi-monthly boot camp complimentary to hotel guests.
All Barwell Studio classes are complimentary for hotel guests. Classes must be reserved by the Spa team, Concierge or Front Desk. One hour reservation is required to attend classes. Customer service was not a priority for the staff onsite. I could not get help to extend my stay after being on hold for 10 minutes and just booked an additional night online.

Nice hotel in Miami beach. Room was great, as was the beach and Nobu swimming pool (the other pools shared with Eden Roc have uncomfortable beds, but Nobu pool has much better beds). Front desk and bell services were excellent. Shared lobby with Eden Roc makes it less special than other Nobu hotels, but didn't really bother me.

Nobu lived up to its name
Amazing location, rooms were immaculate, staff was super friendly and helpful, food was good, overall amazing experience. I can't wait to return.

Trading on the Nobu Name—Not a Five-Star Hotel
Having stayed at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, I came in with high expectations. Unfortunately, Nobu Hotel Miami Beach falls nowhere near that standard. It’s hard to understand how this property qualifies as five-star. The hotel feels worn, poorly maintained, and surprisingly dirty. Hallways routinely had garbage sitting out, and the overall aesthetic leans heavily on cheap, artificial decor (plastic plants everywhere), which only reinforces the lack of quality. The rooms are loud, and housekeeping was consistently disruptive—shouting and talking loudly in the hallways. Any sense of relaxation was hard to come by. Service was equally disappointing. A simple maintenance request for the TV went unaddressed for hours, only for staff to knock on our door repeatedly at midnight after we had already canceled it. At the beach, drinks took over 45 minutes to arrive and were melted by the time they did. At breakfast, I was actually scolded by the egg station attendant for asking a question—an interaction so inappropriate another guest stepped in. The pools are overcrowded, the service is inconsistent at best, and the overall experience feels chaotic rather than refined. This property is trading on the Nobu brand without delivering anything close to a luxury experience. There are far better options in Miami at this price point. I would not return.
