Enjoyable memorable stay
The Nobu hotel should give Sabrina at the front desk a raise as she went above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable. Yanely at the Nobu restaurant was the most amazing waitress we have experienced in such a long time. Her knowledge of the food and ingredients was most impressive.

Wonderful Experience at Esencia Wellness Spa!
Our stay has been very relaxing and pleasant. I would especially like to mention Alejandro R. who treated us to an authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony at the Esencia Wellness Spa. We loved the matcha tea and the bourbon vanilla tea! We recommend those staying at this hotel to experience the tea ceremony as it has been one of the highlights of this trip!

Great Stay at Nobu Hotel
We had our second and great stay at Nobu Hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The facilities are very clean and pleasant. It is in a great location. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The only thing we would change is the choice of music that plays continuously.

Not as expected
Moderate service, slow valet, rude staff are not what we expected but what we met with. The is moderate accommodation/hospitality not worthy of the brand name based on our experience globally. With so many choices we would not be returning unless some major changes/improvements happened

Nice
I have yet to have a perfect experience at a Nobu Hotel, but can always count on them providing a comfortable and nice resting place. Both properties I’ve stayed at thus far have had inconvenienced employees whether requesting ice or to turn on the steam room.
