Extremely Disappointing Experience at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos
I am currently staying at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos (April 7–17, 2026), and my experience so far has been completely unacceptable—especially for a property that markets itself as a luxury destination. Upon check-in, the room was in poor condition. There were visible crumbs throughout the room, a large black stain on the bedding, and multiple stains on the floors and walls. The bathroom situation was even worse—the shower does not drain properly, causing water to overflow out of the shower area and into the living space. This is not only inconvenient, but completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and safety standpoint. After repeatedly requesting to speak with a manager, I was left waiting in my room for hours with no response. Eventually, I was moved to a different room—but only because the hotel did not have another junior suite available, which is what I originally booked. I was forced to spend the night in a downgraded room and then move all of my belongings again the following day once a comparable room became available. When I requested compensation for being placed in a lower-tier room for the night—something that is standard practice at any reputable hotel—management refused to provide any form of accommodation or resolution. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of responsiveness and accountability. Despite multiple attempts, I have still been unable to have a meaningful conversation with management. The level of service here is shockingly poor. This has been an ongoing nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. For the price point and brand reputation, this experience falls far below expectations.

Returned for Babymoon - Won't be back.
We recently went for our babymoon and it was not a good experience. We had previously come here after our engagement a few years ago and had a great time then so we were looking forward to a new stay at Nobu. Unfortunately, it seems the quality of the hotel has gone down over the years. On our first night we went for a dinner at one of the on-site restaurants where a hot plate of food ended up being dumped on me while being 6 months pregnant. Hot liquid was spilled on my exposed arm and face. The staff wasn't helpful as other patrons helped us get the liquid out of my eye - but the staff said we had to stay put (sitting in the liquid and food surrounding me for 20 min while a paramedic arrived). We then went to the front desk to get assistance and they essentially told us nothing could be done and I should just get washed off. We were baffled so we get asking to speak to a manager and each's response got more dismissive than the last - the night manager even told me I shouldn't discuss it since I was "obviously tired and hungry." A paramedic again came to our room and offered a cream that was not pregnancy safe. In the end, guest experiences got involved the next day and turned around the trip. They actually apologized and gave us some upgrades that were appreciated and made the trip not a waste. The guest experience team that got involved was 100/10 and we truly appreciated them for treating us with dignity and respect. But management was -1000/10 and we didn't feel safe/comfortable at the resort knowing if something else happened in the future on our accord or their fault - management would be in charge. We noted we definitely wouldn't feel comfortable coming back once our kid is born noting how they treated a pregnant woman. Upon check-out the management team was once again responsible and ended up charging us for the spilled dinner, the "complimentary" replacement food they sent to our room, and the laundry service for the clothes that have stains all over them still. We appreciate guest experiences making the trip not a total lost - but we're definitely finding a new hotel for our future trips to Cabo.

Beautiful, Relaxing, and the Staff is Amazing
Our stay at Nobu Hotel was exceptional. The property is modern, beautiful, and never felt overcrowded, such a perfect mix of lively and relaxing. The personalized concierge service really stood out. Being able to text Roberto and David anytime was so convenient, and they were always kind, responsive, and helpful. At one point, we were trying to locate my 12-year-old daughter and her friend, and David immediately jumped in to help. He radioed the team and found them quickly. It was incredibly reassuring and showed just how attentive the staff is.
- AdvisoryIn line with local regulations and Diamante's policies, Uber vehicles are only allowed for guest drop-offs from outside the property. If you're inside Diamante and require transportation through the Uber platform, please note that access for these vehicles is restricted. For alternative transport options within the premises, we recommend reaching out to our concierge team for assistance.
