We’ve been to Nobu in Cabo three times. We absolutely love the hotel. We just got back two days ago from our 35th anniversary. The staff is incredible. I wanna give a special shout out to the following… Miguel and Oscar in the Muna restaurant. Oscar has only been there four days and he was fabulous our server Miguel was so thoughtful. The service was incredible. We want to give a special shout out to Diana at Nobu. She was brilliant. She was so accommodating and sweet and knowledgeable. It felt like we were at her home for dinner. Also wanna give a huge shout out to Bernadette and Vanessa! The hotel is beautiful. We do think the music by the pool is way too loud though. We are planning to come back for Valentine’s Day

We went to the Nobu Hotel for our honeymoon and it was the best experience ever! The property is incredibly modern and sleek. I’ve always been drawn to how Nobu honors its Japanese cultural and architectural roots, while beautifully weaving in the brand's history of innovative culinary fusion and high-profile Hollywood beginnings. It made our special trip even more memorable! Thank you Ted & Salvador! You both were incredibly helpful and generous to my husband and I. I could eat their Seared Salmon alllll day by the pool and the dine-in menu! Shoutout to Abraham at the pool! I cannot wait to go back. You MUST get a swim out pool.. that faces the sand dunes. We had the BEST privacy. Sure there was a sidewalk and some people past by. But the room and bathroom/tub was incredible. I could comfortably stay in our room and have a spa bath if I wanted to, or read out by the swim out pool!

Excellent Resort!
We had an incredible stay at Nobu Los Cabos. The property is stunning, with a sleek, modern design that blends beautifully with the Baja landscape. It’s also very large and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re lounging by the pool, walking the grounds, or enjoying the views. Everything felt luxurious, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. What made it even better was the outstanding service from Ted and Salvador. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our trip special. Any question or request was handled quickly and with a smile, and they anticipated what we needed before we even asked. Ted and Salvador made a beautiful property feel personal. The hospitality was truly world-class, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you both!

We went for a wedding of a family member. There was another wedding there as well which is fine. The problem is they put our room right in line with where the other wedding was. Again not that big of a deal, they could have put us in a room somewhere else but didn't. Then they set up the other wedding and the DJ and speakers are facing our room. The wedding wasn't 25' from our door. We go to the desk and ask about the other wedding. They tell us it ends at 11pm so not to worry. WE HAD AN 8 MONTH OLD BABY WITH US! 11, we said? They said sorry but there is nothing we can do but they will be done by 11. We try and do our best. The noise died down about 11:30. We all fall asleep. Then 1:30am I wake up the sound of a hammer hitting metal. I go outside and they are using a hammer to hit metal trusses as they are disassembling the trusses. This went until 4am. Are freaking kidding me? Never ever again. Way too many nice places that charge $600 a night to stay in Cabo.

Gold Medal Property With Bronze-Level Amenities & Service
This hotel has a postcard-quality setting with well-appointed rooms and stunning vistas. The service and amenities could use an upgrade. As a premium property, the service levels should be class-leading; instead, we were often doing the leading. We had to chase these guys for basic requests like a booking receipt, or a confirmation for airport pickup/drop-off. Speaking of being dropped off, check-in was fairly straightforward, and a valet took our bags straight to our room. However, we couldn't complete the check-in without agreeing to a "breakfast" that would "show everything on offer" at the hotel. It was a time-share pitch, and it took up our entire first morning at the hotel. Not a great way to begin a holiday. Almost as bad as being awaked at 3am with an evacuation alert; after being outside for ten minutes, an employee yelled down to us from a second-floor balcony that everything was actually okay. No explanation, no follow-up message. We were assigned an "ambassador" for the duration of our stay. As a premium destination, I have premium expectations, which means I should only have to say something once. While our ambassador was happy to arrange reservations for us, he struggled to perform the basics like ensuring we had coffee and/or cream available in our room each day. He promised to set up the transfer of our bags to the lobby during check-out; we had to take them ourselves. This property is gorgeous and well-maintained, but a destination hotel that's charging these kinds of prices should try to be more accommodating to every type of guest. While it's clean, there's no specific "quiet" area. There is an adults-only pool, but it's accompanied by some rather loud music, like it's a daytime night club. There's one really great restaurant, and the rest are kind of mid-level. There's no option to acquire one's own provisions on-site, and every food or drink item is accompanied by a mandatory service charge. Going off-site? They control access to cabs, with Uber being strictly forbidden. I don't mind these guys making money, but there should be some kind of equilibrium here between economics and service levels. We booked this trip to celebrate our anniversary, and it was gorgeous place to have a romantic getaway. Having said that, I doubt we'll return, when we know we could go to one of several other properties in this area that would have amenity/service levels that match the ambience.
