Amazing!!!
Amazing resort and staff! Beautiful, clean and felt very safe. Giovanna in concierge went above and beyond to help make my sons 5th birthday extra special. We enjoyed the food, the water park, the room, etc. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Great time away with a family of 5!
We travelled as a family of 5 and anticipated to have a great time away, however, it was not only great, it was absolutely amazing! From the exceptional service to the resort and water park, there is much to do. While we stayed on the resort and enjoyed the amenities, we also did a few day trips. One area of excellence was the event team at the water park lead by Zeus and Fernanda. From our initial walk into the water park these two formed a special bond with our kids and ensured they were included in all activities and events at the water park. They were genuine and wonderful people, from water play to beach volleyball (Max from the team was great as well). Special shout out to Zeus, Fernanda and Max from the event team that left a special memory in our hearts. All the best to the team!

Literally a surprise around every corner-- all fantastic!
We just returned from our stay and WOW we did not know what to expect being a family of adults, but the resort did not disappoint! It is the perfect marriage of what seems like amazing fun for kids and sophisticated luxury for adults. Delicious drinks and food, beautiful rooms and every single one has a swim-up pool on the balcony. Everywhere we went there was something that made us go "wow", whether it was an ice cream cart during lunch, the crazy fun REAL waterslides, the rock wall to climb in the pool, the decorations in the drinks, the turn down service... Big shout out to the STAFF, from the life guards ensuring everyone's safety to the bar and wait staff to the maids. So polite, friendly, and professional. The best of the best is right here!

Its extremely Dangerous Nickelodeon Hotel, and I was double charged for merchandise when I check out
Ok, Hope it helps to somebody my review, I usually never write anything bad or good, out of the forms that the hotels give to us, we have travel a lot of times to the US, Europe, and inside my beautiful Mexico. We went to Nick Riviera Maya , my 3 kids (15,15,19) my wife and myself, not going to talk about prices, because we all know that is an Expensive place and I think it worth it, specially for food. But, I do not recommend anyone to visit this place, based on 2 very important facts. 1- I asked for a taxi service around 8pm to front desk, and to the bellboy, and he called a guy, my 2 kids and myself want to go to dinner to playa del carmen, which is 25min distance The driver , took us out of the hotel, and suddenly, he pullover in the middle of the highway, all dark, and start making phone calls, turning radio volume up, and saying that he had 3 Pax with --good profile-- , and he asked for instructions, in that moment, I realize I was in danger, I have a big argue with the guy and yelling him I asked to take me back to my hotel, thanks god he did it. The worse thing, is that 2 minutes later, once we arrived to hotel, scarred as hell, I asked to speak with a manager, to file a complain to the taxi union, company, or wherever they are, I asked for plate number , and phone number, and for some reason, I didn't have the information that I asked, so, it make me think, that bellboy, or somebody inside the hotel, are protecting those guys, and they have communication to tell the driver, who has --good profile-- who spent how much money on new years dinner, and no one cares about your safety , since they never provide me a name, a plate number, and a logical explanation of why the manager is taking care of the taxi company, instead of the security of 3 of us. Terrible. And, When I check out, my extras, was around USD$2500, but when I asked for a break of that bill, I was realized I was double charged for some merchandise that we put on the room bill. ( something around US$250) So, Don't go to Nickelodeon, But if you have to, Make sure you always double check what you are paying for, Can't believe it was a mistake, same article, same invoice, charged twice

Not worth the price and definitely not rooms with usable pools.
My 2 daughters (9 and 7) stayed the week between Christmas and new years (12/24-12/30). The price was so high and there was nothing very special about this resort. The best parts were: the lifeguard staff and the Spa. Downfalls were: The pools by the rooms and w the swim up bars are freezing. They must be heated if kids could ever use them. Talking to staff this is a constant issue which really leaves kids struggling unless driving to waterpark. If you pay for the luxury of the pool at your room, you should be able to use it. All steps are concrete and very much not kid friendly. I was walking a concrete ramp taking to my daughter and then there was a step. My knee is crushed and very much injured. The breakfast is large and buffet is good but other Piazzo the restaurants were not good. Good burger was always busy and burgers burned outside w raw inside, nothing special about Nick bistro or bikini bottom bar…and again, during the most expensive week of the season, the yacht club wasn’t opened. Room service menu is small. I am Just confused why we paid so much for so little. I recommend Disney any day.
