    Family fun and bonding

    This was my family and I first time going and we had a great time! Our Butlers Daniel and Stephany were awesome! They made sure we had everything that we needed and if there was an issue they took care of it ASAP, they definitely went above and beyond for us!

    Great experience thanks to wonderful concierge.

    We really enjoined our stay. Rooms are nice and spacious, food was delicious, hotel and water park are amazing. Special thanks to concierge Ivan for going extra mile and helping us having an unforgettable experience! He is absolutely incredible person! Thanks everyone at the hotel, staff is absolutely fantastic!

    Family birthday

    Jhon at Skybar 5th floor took good care of us. He was very pleasant and informative. We did visit the bar on several occasions and at one time it was very busy but Jhon managed to handle the rush professionally. We plan on Returning next year if all goes as well. I also want to mention that the food and service was exceptional. My only complaint is the elevators were too congested and very slow.

    Amazing resort

    Best resort I’ve ever been! Everything is wonderful, the water park is big and super fun, the food is amazing and the staff members are great and always try their best to make you feel special and that you have a great time. I will definitely bring my kids back to this resort since they loved it as much as me and my husband did.

    Low value for the cost

    First the positive, great water park, hotel facilities and shows, team nick is also great. Now the low points, food is average at best and reservations to “nice restaurants” difficult, lucky if you get one spot at the Italian restaurant and the food again just average even here, if you have been at a Hyatt Ziva all inclusive experience you’ll have a big disappointment on food, the beach is almost non existent and not beautiful as riviera maya nice spots, the worst part the hotel is designed to skim you from every buck you have, so besides being expensive you have stores strategically located for souvenirs, plushies that cost 70 bucks or more, prices at Disney parks are cheap compared to this, breakfast with characters for a family of four more than 500 dollars for average breakfast, I know is not the breakfast but the characters but being the hotel itself so expensive you should have them available at no extra cost, you even have them located in some parts of the hotel at certain hours but they scan your bracelet on every picture for extra cost
