Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The staff were unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing any of the concerns I raised during my stay. The room service was equally appalling. It took hours to get a simple order delivered, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. I even had to call multiple times just to get basic amenities like towels and toiletries, which should have been in the room to begin with. Every service this hotel provides seemed to be below standard. The front desk was disorganized, the housekeeping was inconsistent, and even the amenities advertised on their website were either unavailable or poorly maintained. If you’re looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay, avoid this place at all costs. It was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Let me know if you’d like to tailor this further!

The kids activities like shows and characters are fun. The general level of maintenance and resort cleanliness is mediocre. When you first arrive everything from lack of landscape to lobby is underwhelming. Most staff do not speak any English here. This is a popular vacation spot for locals and Spanish speaking families. Rooms are good. Food although plentiful tastes poor at buffet to North American standards. The sky walker restaurant is worth booking but hard to get into. We spent 3 nights and I’d suggest spending no more than that to checkout this resort. We had a fun time but by no means is this a “luxury” experience. Think holiday inn level of service. Most experiences add on $$$.

Nickelodeon Punta Cana falls short of expectations / Hotel is overpriced
Nickelodeon Punta Cana falls short of expectations, feeling more like a 3-star hotel rather than the 5-star experience it claims to be. The service was poor, the food was average to bad, and the thematic aspect was underwhelming, making it feel like a regular hotel with Nickelodeon branding. The only highlight was the excellent room cleaning done by the housekeeping staff. The location in Uvero Alto also left much to be desired, as the beach, while not ugly—it has golden sand and its own charm—cannot compare to the stunning beauty of other beaches in the Altagracia province, like Bavaro or Cap Cana. Strong waves made it less enjoyable, especially for those who prefer relaxing or swimming in calm waters. Overall, this hotel is overpriced for what it offers and doesn’t deliver the quality or experience expected from a 5-star property. Travelers seeking a true 5-star experience with stunning beaches should consider other areas and resorts in Punta Cana.

Spent a week with my 2 granddaughters, son and husband. The food was mostly junk food or bland. Like to much fried stuff. For two days I could not get a diet coke delivered to my room. The area pool bars didn’t have diet sodas either they just had high sugar drinks with food coloring and alcohol. The ocean was beautiful and the rooms are very pleasant with amazing bed! The go carts/buggies thats take you from one end of resort to other playing areas where not working constantly I would rate it 2 out 5 in transportation. Staff were ok!! Some were super and some couldn’t care less about us. I would not return they barely had characters around and when one would show the line up was ridiculous. The face painting took us 1:30 min wait. To some it up…. Will return to punta cana but not the nicholodian

Hello! We had a few inconvenients during our stay, specially with the menu not being what we had expected. But I would love to take this opportunity to congratulate the company for two individuals that not only treated us with so much respect, but also were able to make sure our stay was delightful. Ronald (AquaNick) supervisor and Maria Ruiz. This human beings are so profesional and kind.*El trato de ellos dos hizo la diferencia de nuestro viaje GRACIAS 🙏 #Nickelodeon is a better place to spent time with our family because of people like you 👏👏👏👏👏👏
