We booked two communicating superior double rooms with sea view for us and 2 grandchildren for 4 nights. At our arrival we received 2 rooms at the 24th floor but we were very deceived. Small rooms, small window with a side sea view, but impossible to open , and the airconditioning was not not working. They didn't feel at all as "superior". Luckily, at breakfast we spoke with Rosa Maria who did her utmost best to cheer us up, and to arrange a family room on the 27th floor, which was superb! Impressive views on the port and the sea, 2 bathrooms, and a much much bigger room. We thank Rosa Maria, she saved our holiday, as well with the rooms issue, as with her touristic advises and friendlyness. The best ambassador for the Panorama Hotel you can find!

My 4th visit to this great hotel. A perfect location in a very safe area. Excellent sea views and worth the extra money. Very clean and comfortable. Great professional but also friendly staff.

brilliant hotel, excellent value
This hotel chain is excellent. Panorama does not disappoint- it is in the perfect location, nestled between all the best attractions of Naples, the rooms are elegant and well appointed and the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff recommendations added to our enjoyment of the city, and our room was extremely comfortable - making relaxation very easy. We will certainly return

The best place to see the panorama of Naples
Excellent room on the 30th floor, spacious and well equipped. Extra panorama windows the whole wall long. Thus ,a perfect panoramic view of the Naples harbour and bay . STUNNING, especially at night. Nice bathroom with both a bathtube and a huge shower cabin. Lots of toilletries on hand ,also a bidet next to the toilet. Very clean, new towels of good quality. Big corridor with utilities.
