Best concierge in Punta Cana
You must request Roberto Pérez as your concierge! Roberto met with us at check-in, checked in with us daily, and ensured our stay was as the best it could be. From making dinner reservations to making sure our room was cared for, Roberto was always there for us. The resort was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Plenty of a la carte restaurant options and the buffets had a great variety. Definitely recommend upgrading to the Level! Will be returning to this resort!

Wonderful time at The Level Melia Caribe
Highly recommend staying at The Level at Melia Caribe Beach! One of the biggest perks is having a concierge for your stay. We had Nathaniel, and he was incredible. Our group was large (14 people) and he made sure we all had everything we needed throughout the week. He was able to book us private transportation for a trip to Higuey one day on short notice, and he even made sure one person in our group had a special surprise on her birthday. Having a concierge made The Level well worth it, at least for our group. Other parts of the resort I really enjoyed included the private area/snack bar on the beach and the Riviera breakfast buffet and pool. I also had a massage at the YHI Spa and it was divine. In my opinion, the best part of the resort is the service. Every person we encountered was friendly and attentive and wanted to make our experience enjoyable. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I think the check-in process could be improved (even with The Level, it took a while). I was also unimpressed with the minibar in the room (Coors Light is the beer you get, for some reason). I was mostly pleased with the a la carte restaurants, especially Capri and Hacienda, but a couple of them missed the mark. Hokkaido is an additional expense but well worth doing for the entertainment factor alone, and the food was very good! Overall, this isn't the most luxurious all-inclusive resort I've visited in the Caribbean, but the grounds are beautiful and the service is excellent. It's also extremely family friendly if you're traveling with children. I highly recommend upgrading to The Level for the concierge and the access you have to everything while you're there.
The Melia Caribe resort is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We stayed for three full days but that was too short.. 4 or 5 days next time. We were in the Level side and it comes with some perks, one of which is an assigned butler to help you with all the things. We had Maiky and he was a terrific help during our stay. He made all of our dinner reservations, helped with the transfer back to the airport, gave us great tips and tricks and was fun to be around. The beach here is stunning!
