Pleasant stay
Hubby and I came for a 90 minute timeshare presentation offer. We extended our stay and enjoyed our six days at the property. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a free upgrade to a one bedroom villa from a hotel room. We were in a six floor building on the third floor. Very quiet room, clean, comfortable furniture, full kitchen everything you need. The pool in our area was very clean and quiet just the way we like it.

Nice Place but Ridiculous Parking Fees
I gave this a 4 star review instead of 5 star because we have always liked staying here and have stayed numerous times, even if the furnishings need some updating. However, now they they will start charging $25 per day PLUS TAX to park, we will no longer be staying here. It was waived this time, because we came on a marketing package. We did have a 2 week stay booked in Feb. 2025 but we canceled it because $25 per day plus tax x 14 days is a lot of money for absolutely nothing. We have since found a newly built (2021) Air BnB that we will be staying at in the future. We come to Orlando anywhere from 1-3 times a year. It's really a shame that Marriott has resorted to that. There is no where else to park so you have no choice. Very disappointing.

Reserve.
Great location. Easy parking. Absolutely beautiful landscaping! Check in was great, staff are very accommodating. Definitely a great place to visit for any occasion. Recommend not being located around the pool area if you’re looking for tranquil stay.

Great vacation spot with GOLF!
Great resort vacation. We never left the property. Nice 9 hole golf course. Great course for families, junior tees are well marked. Pool area is large plenty of space for kids and adults. We used the adults/ lap pool. Food was good and drinks were exactly what to expect at a vacation resort. Room was very nice. Shower was super!!! The bed was definitely in need of an upgrade. I will return to this resort.

Time-share push in the pool.
We were visiting for a tennis tournament and decided to stay at the resort since we would have a lot of down time but not enough time to visit the parks. Our place was awesome with a view of the golf course, a screened in porch, a dining room table and full kitchen. Everything in our room was perfect. The resort was nice but a long walk from our room. Stay near the pools. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is two fold. 1. Marriott needs to do something about "reserving" chairs at the pool. They have a sign that says no reserving chairs, but have no one policing it. We walked to the pool at 9 am only to find no chairs. We waited 30 minutes and just moved towels and found a great chair by the pool. A couple came down 3 hours later saying they "reserved" the chairs @7:30 am and then went to play golf and couldn't believe their chairs were no longer reserved. It's not a good system. They need to pick towels up. Some chairs were never used the whole time we were there, yet people were literally sitting on the ground. It's not a good system. With that said, we ordered food from the pool side restaurant and it was delicious. It turned out to be a great stay. 2. When we checked in, we had a "hard sell" after a 13 hour drive to go to what can only be described as a "time share" pitch on our last day. They said if we went they would comp our room for one night and that both of us had to attend. It was a 2 hour presentation. I would call it the driving school of your resort. To me it was desperate and bad form to ask people to commit to that upon check in. You could only accept at check in. If you waited til the next day it was too late. It put a huge damper on the excitement of arriving to your vacation destination. We just wanted our parking pass but had to listen to that sales pitch about a sales pitch. Other than those two things, it was a great stay and a great property. I would recommend it to anyone, with the caviat of forgoing the presentation sale and just sit wherever you like at the pool. The towels mean nothing.
