I stayed with my family and reserved two rooms at the hotel. I had booked for one day to experience the casino and catch Michael Jackson ONE show. In light of charging resort fee, the hotel charges for basic water, coffee, and tea. I found this disappointing and cheap on the hotel part. Otherwise, the room was very nice, clean, and the stay was as comfortable as any other 4 or 5 start hotel that I've stayed in the past.

We stay at the Mandalay Bay when we visit Vegas. We love the pool area and the casino is amazing. The food is great. Love the comps we have for our players card.

Great stay
Great hotel. It’s huge!! Could get lost in here. Room was comfortable. We had a resort king room. Staff were all lovely but if you want to eat here, it’s pricey for food and drinks. Mega pricey. Cheaper options are available in the food court if you don’t want to go outside the hotel. For chilling by the pool, Buy drinks from the supermarket or vending machines because two drinks was around $70 which is crazy, plus tip! If you want a sun lounger with a parasol, it was $150 which is a bit cheeky. None of the free beds had shade so we felt like we had no choice but to pay or get sun burn. The pool was great though. One thing we didn’t like is the spa isn’t unisex so we couldn’t go in together. Never seen this before, so we didn’t do the spa in the end which was dissapointing. Hotel is close to the airport and is easily accessible by the deuce bus. Taxis and Ubers were readily available too. We never had to wait long. I’m glad we chose this hotel and I would stay here again if I’m back in LV

Easy check-in
Check-in with Robert (aka Sparkles) at the W Priority Desk was smooth and quick. After a long day of travel, Sparkles was just the right amount of hospitality and humour I needed when I arrived and set the tone for my evening. Location of the hotel is fantastic for hockey game, walking the strip, catching a show or playing a casino.
