Nov 06, 2026Wonderful
Tenth trip to Majestic Elegance and we wouldn't pick anywhere else. The staff here makes us feel like we are home. Our favorite Ishmael at the pool bar along with his team Wallium, Viktor, and Alejandro. Felix at the beach bar, Anna Marie at the Plaza bar ,Rosa at the lobby bar. Our friend Fransisco at the Italian restaurant who went above and beyond to make our dinner extra special! And of course our wonderful butler Olbis who takes very good care of us all week long. These are just a few of the wonderful hard working staff at this resort and the reason we come back time after time.

Will definitely be back!
We had Orlando as our butler. He was always there whenever we needed anything. And communicated quickly with any information. We highly recommend him. Top notch! Majestic Elegance is a beautiful resort, but does need some updating. Our 1 bedroom suite was very spacious. Pools were always clean. We tended to spend most of our time in Club pool by the beach. We met some great people from Canada as well as from the US.
