Stephanie at the steakhouse was absolutely amazing with her outstanding hospitality. She was always nice and helpful not only at the stake house but also at the beach restaurant and even helped us navigate thru the entire property. Our stay was better than expected thanks to the beautiful people of DR… we’re definitely coming back. Thank you so much!

Vacation
We ate at See n Sea. Janett was wonderful service. Come and visit. Food was excelente. This is our 3rd time visiting. Pedro was a great waiter service was great. The resort is beautiful. The staff is amazing. We will be back again for sure. It’s awesome

Beautiful
This was a beautiful place all staff are very friendly and helpful especially our butler Arling. He helped us to our room and was always there when we had a question. Also surprised us with balloons and s happy belated birthday note after one of our excursions.

Majestic Elegance is HIGHLY recommended
Majestic Elegance is a beautiful resort. We stayed in the club section. The grounds were perfectly manicured and the landscape was beautiful. The entire staff was very personable and attentive. Arling was our butler. We were surprised and unaware that we would have a butler. It was a very pleasant surprise and grateful the it was Arling. It was my birthday celebration, Arling made it extra special by decorating our room with balloons and champagne. He made dinner reservations for us at the Japanese and French restaurants. He also reminded us of our dinner reservations. We didn’t do any excursions, the resort had so much activities to do. We just wanted to relax and enjoy the resort. We’re planning our next getaway back to Majestic Elegance and I will request Arling. I would HIGHLY recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful time at Majestic Elegance. The location was not too far from the airport. The resort was clean and staff was very friendly. Our butler VIctor Urena was the best!! Extremely helpful and accommodating.
