We had stayed here before with excellent shuttle service to the various terminals. The shuttle service leaves from level 2 at the airport not the arrival level. Room was very good and the bed excellent. There were no glasses in the room save for two paper cups meant for the coffee maker. Being overnight we did not bother to call housekeeping. The bar restaurant (Hangar 18) was much better than expected.
Solid Choice- LAX Marriott
Solid hotel with a friendly staff. My favorite touch was the cold washcloths with eucalyptus oil in the fitness room. The fitness room is awesome- with all new, modern equipment. The pool area is Hawaiian themed and has a nice chill vibe. The M club, located on the 18th floor offers panoramic views of LAX runways, and it’s fun to view the airport action in real time. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m passing through LAX. They also offer a free shuttle to and from the airport.

I posted a review here on April 22, 2023 and I no longer see it. I am reposting because you deserve to be aware of what you may experience. DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE!!!! EDDIE THE OPERATIONS MANAGER NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!! I wish I could give negative stars! I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and I book large events at various properties as part of my corporate job. I attended an event here tonight and I cannot elaborate enough on how disappointed I am with the service as well as Eddie, the operations manager's, handling of our issues. The event hosted a large amount of attendees. The bar was not staffed properly. The wait was extremely long to get a drink. Danny was an amazing bartender; however it was evident the hotel was not prepared for the number of attendees.....An obvious failure on the sales/catering and management staff's part. The worst part of the entire evening is that the parking was atrocious!!!! When we left the event we were trapped in the parking lot for an hour!!! I am currently still waiting in the parking lot trying to leave and I have a flight to catch! If In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, and the Staples center can manage thousands of guests please explain why an event facility cannot do so!! I spoke with Brenda in customer service. She tried to be helpful; however, when I requested to speak with Eddie, the on-site manager, things took a turn for the worse. I wanted to know why the parking exit was taking so long, especially since I had already pre-paid for parking. He became upset and demanded that I not express my frustration. I was obviously frustrated but had not been disrespectful in any way. He hung up in my face. When I called back he refused to speak with me. Brenda explained the situation and was helpful. As a manager, Eddie should have been prepared to speak with upset clients, the fact that he would not address my concerns is absolutely unacceptable for what should have been a trained manager. I am extremely disappointed in the Marriott as a brand and I will be escalating this issue on every platform available to me, both social and non-social. Trust me! Do not book your event here if you care about your guests' experience! P.S. I am still stuck in the parking lot!!!
We were so excited to stay over night at this hotel, we booked a pool view, and looking forward to a wonderful day/night! First of all, when you book a pool view, PLEASE call the hotel and find out if you are actually getting one. We booked months in advance, so this was not a last minute reservation. Well we could see the pool, if you stood on your toes and looked over a wall. The hotel was crazy busy with a dance competition, and we were told (when asked why we do not have a pool view) that it was the luck of the draw if you actually get a pool view room, so sorry but we are not changing your room. Well thank you very much for taking my 270 USD and not giving us the room we booked. The staff was rude, and very short. One exception was the bell staff, who were amazing. Very disappointed for the money spent, and not getting the room we confirmed. Never ever will I stay here.
Great access to LAX
Convenient to LAX, shuttle easy to access and very helpful drivers. Room was very clean with balcony overlooking pool. The Breakfast were all we wanted and perfect service. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
