    Amazing!!!

    Amazing Experience!!! This resort is beautiful and well maintained. All of the restaurants including the buffet had excellent food. The staff at the entire resort were incredible but I have to mention some very special people. Francisco and Eduardo at the pool were amazing every day with helping us pick the perfect spot. Roosevelt was our pool waiter and remembered us by name and our drink orders every day. Amazing! Cesar at Hidden Garden, Carlos at Mb provided us an amazing experience every night! Special thanks to our butlers Ernesto and Carlos who took care of anything we needed including special requests and reservations. Everything about this resort is AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!!!!

    What a treat!

    My experience at carnivore was top notch. Ambiance and service with Leon were great and the meal was delicious! I enjoyed the bone marrow appetizer and my ribeye was cooked to the perfect temp compliments to the chef!

    Amazing!!

    Chef William at the MB restaurant was absolutely amazing! The habanero soup bowl was incredible—full of flavor and perfectly balanced. You can truly tell that everything he serves is made with love and passion. I’m usually not even a steak eater, but his steak was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Every dish was outstanding. Highly recommend experiencing Chef William’s cooking wow that’s pretty good. Is it just called the MB restaurant?

    Outstanding experience

    I went to Live Aqua with 2 of my girlfriends for a girls trip. The service was amazing. We ate at one of the restaurants called MB where chef William set up a custom made menu for us. I can’t describe enough how amazing the taste of the food was and the service provided by the staff. Chef William is the extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cancun. Also, our friend Rodrigo from the pool area gave us an outstanding service every day we were here. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff from Live Aqua.
