Nov 06, 2026An Absolutely Exceptional Experience at Live Aqua Resort!
I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. Live Aqua Resort exceeded my expectations in every possible way! From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with warm smiles, and the experience begins. The resort is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the signature aroma throughout the property is simply fabulous. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. My room was perfect, with an amazing view and every amenity you could possibly ask for. I did have one minor issue with the air conditioning, but it was taken care of immediately. That's the kind of service that makes a difference! The pool deserves a special mention, too. It was absolutely spotless. You would never guess how many guests enjoy it every day! And now, let's talk about the FOOD! Oh, my goodness! Absolutely out of this world! I'm not exaggerating one bit. I'm quite picky when it comes to food, and I was genuinely impressed. A very special thank-you to César, the Executive Chef. Not only is he incredibly kind and talented, but he went above and beyond by preparing some special Chilean dishes for me. He and I are both from Chile, so that personal touch meant so much. What a wonderful surprise! I honestly couldn't have asked for more. This beautiful gem deserves a 10+ in every category. Gracias, Live Aqua, for making my stay so memorable. I will DEFINITELY be back! ❤️

5 stars and Then Some!
We had an amazing vacation. We visited over Halloween and Day of the Dead. We were treated with graciouness and kindness throughout our stay. Alan and Eladio, our butlers were there for us at all times. The food was top notch, from breakfast through the amazing dinners. Every meal was treated as a gourmet sit down. Superb staff ready to place your napkins, serve every part of the meal with communication and a smile. The pools are pure perfection. Clean, pristine, and huge. So many options for alone time or socialness. The pool staff where always at the ready for poolside drinks and food. The food areas around the pool were perfect! The guys in our group loved the hot dogs! They were probably the best hotdogs ever. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean and large. We stayed in an oceanfront room with club access. The Aqua Club was perfect for before meal meet ups and late night drinks. The staff in the club was just great, ready to serve and take care of us to the utmost. An amazing trip, with another one for sure!

Staff made the experience exceptional.
Beautiful, location and facility. Atmosphere was sophisticated yet warm and welcoming. Staff was friendly - felt like family for the most part. Shout out to Eduardo, Jonathan, Ami, for making poolside comfortable and fun. Shout out to Ricky Ricardo, Robin Weston and the fabulous Activities Team - you kept us entertained and smiling. Room was nice but bathroom lacked Privacy and door to WC was awkwardly located. Housekeeping never seemed to get linen request right. Decent but hit or miss. Pricing was a bit high for what was actually received, however, there were perks that we could have availed ourselves to if we wanted to spend 45 minutes in a sales pitch. Not a good vacay vibe.
