Don’t forget the taxes and resort fees when budgeting they add up.
Got a studio suite as a couple, and it was more than we expected, had a little kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker, single element to cook on, with utensils and pots etc, be warned the smoke alarm goes off when cooking bacon, the cord was long enough to put the element on the table on balcony and cooked bacon out their after setting off the smoke alarms, it is very loud.. don’t forget taxes and other add ons when budgeting. The whole island of Kauai is expensive for every thing, the Halo Halo Grill serves huge meals, if you not a big eater, might be better to share. There is a great walk out the back of the resort, nice flat walk, perfect for morning or evening sunset sunrise. The pool is superb, especially at night when kids are gone to bed. The beach out the rear is quite rocky, the sandy beach is within walking distance outside the Sheraton. If you like swimming in Pools this is the resort for you, it is very kid friendly too, so ideal for families.

Great resort
Excellent resort! Was on Kauai for a conference and my family came along for a Hawai’i vacation. Rooms were spacious with very nice kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. Staff was very responsive to requests. Pool was very nice. Definitely will come stay again.

Great place to stay for our exploration of Kauai'i.
Wonderful property. We spent time poolside at the Tranquility Pool. Walked to Poipu Beach. Holoholo Grill has great food! This is a great location for our day trips around the island. We made good use of the kitchen for breakfast most mornings. We return home today. Must plan another visit here in 2026.

Nice resort, but beds are way too soft/old.
The facility and staff were great, the only reason it’s not a 5 star review is that the beds are uncomfortable. I’m only 110 lbs and the bed sank and folded in half when I sat on it. After sleeping on the extremely soft bed for 5 nights, my back hurts. It started hurting after 2 nights. It still hurts and I’ve been home for 2 nights. I’ve never had back problems before I stayed here.
