    Cool I loved the kids room.

    The kids room was amazing, super fun the playground, and the girls Sofia, Paula, Karla and Gina are super nice and helpful always, they have really cute activities and they are just super good with kids. I would recommend to go to JE MARRIOT for vacations and let the kids enjoy all the cool activities.

    Kiddie Club Saves The Day

    The kiddie club was the best I’ve ever seen. Paula, Karla, Sofia and Gina took great care of my 4 and 6 year old. I also left my 1 year old for an hour here and there, they did great! The played Bingo, Hide and Seek and did tons of arts and crafts. The lunch option was also fantastic. My kids were sad to leave!

    Too Many Good Things To Say!

    For all you TripAdvisor folks like me who scroll through these reviews before, during, and after the trip, I JUST returned from 5 days at JW Marriott, Cabo, and I am here to report: The air conditioning was abundant, and always worked. The towels were abundant in the rooms and at every pool. The rooms were wonderfully laid out for maximal comfort, and this was simply an all-round dreamy “get away from it all” vacation. The resort is so beautifully laid out. There were more pools than I could count, but over a few days, my husband and I picked our two favs, including the saltwater pool. First morning, we thought we would each order a yogurt, but splurged on the breakfast buffet. That buffet is something to write home about! There is a smoothie bar, coconuts ready to sip, amazing grapefruit juice, fantastic fresh fruit, lots of meat, veggie, and vegan options. Night number one we dropped in at Nak, and had a beautiful table overlooking the water. We ordered guacamole, as you do, and then Keila came out and made us the freshest table side guac—a little more spicy for my husband, and flavorful but mild for me. There are too many highlights to name but here are a few: *The Staff is fantastic to a person. Everywhere we strolled, we ran into Karla. She seems to keep an eye on everyone’s happiness, and we simply enjoyed every encounter with her. We wanted a different room, and Fernanda made that happen for us. She runs the place with such calm competency. Willy and Angel made our dinner at Cafe Des Artistes very special. They were so kind and attentive. We got addicted to the daily breakfast buffet and were greeted so warmly by Cecilia (Ceci), Alejandra, and Estefania. They all truly became part of the joyful experience. All the servers, including Christian, Erick, and Gustavo were professional, attentive and friendly. It was our pleasure to generously tip each one every day. They really earn it by always going the extra mile. * The Room is large, contemporary and comfortable. I stayed at another Cabo resort in 2020, and I know what “tired” looks like. These rooms are well kept, clean as a whistle, smartly designed, lots of hangers, robes, amenities, nice products, a fantastic enormous shower and a gorgeous soaking tub. The outdoor patio has lighting that can be switched off, blackout shades…Seriously, you could not ask for more. Julia kept it very clean every day. *The Pools. So many to choose from! Most of them have a gorgeous view of the ocean. Maybe because we were here in May for a wedding, but we never had to rush to claim a chaise lounge. They were plentiful. The pools, surroundings, and grounds are spotlessly clean at all times. There are family pools, adult pools, and our fav salt water pool which felt so great on the skin and overlooks the ocean. The poolside wait staff arrives later in the morning which worked from us because it took awhile to get hungry after breakfast. Ruben, Carlos and every one of them were friendly, fast and attentive. *the Surroundings. Personally, when I go to a posh resort like this one, I just want to settle in with my iced tea (the bottled water and ice is all safe, abundant and filtered) and my novel and not go anywhere. But because we were there for a wedding, and talked to other friendly folks in the pool, we learned that there are numerous farm to table restaurants, a short and off road exciting (think the Indiana Jones ride at DisneyLand) Uber away. The Wedding pre-dinner took place at Acres which is just a true experience and delicious. I very much look forward to returning to the JW Marriott Resort. I have arrived home fully refreshed and relaxed!

    Did Not Receive Spa Credit as Promised

    I have rated my stay at JW Los Cabos a 1 because of the lack of customer service support that I experienced. During my recent stay, I received $50 USD spa credit with my vacation package.  My husband and I had a couples massage at J.W. Jasha Spa.  At the end of our service at the spa, we paid with our credit card, but we did not receive the spa credit.  When we discovered that it was not applied, we  went to the front desk to get the credit, but were informed that we needed to wait until we checked out to get the credit/reimbursement.  Unfortunately, when we checked out, we were told to email jwlc.spa@grupodiestra.com to get the reimbursement for the $50 USD spa credit.  Well after 7 email exchanges, still no reimbursement, even though I was assured by Zalma (Spa Manager) that the accounting department was going to issue the refund within 5 to 7 days.  Unfortunately it is a month later and I still have not received this Spa credit.  I reached out to the hotel again and I contacted Marriott via Twitter and the website. I am Highly disappointed because I thought the JW Marriott had better customer service especially for something so basic such as this. I really wanted to write a different, positive review, but this experience left me frustrated. This was a learning lesson for us both. Make sure that all the credits with our packages are applied to our account upon check-in!

    Family wedding

    Such a wonderfully conceived complex. It all looks out to the ocean - rooms, pools (many), restaurants. I will be coming back. Aaron was one of our excellent servers. The entire venue was clean and well maintained. All the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable.
