    Beautiful,smaller adults only resort

    We had a very good experience with the resort.People were very friendly and attentive, especially Garcia from reception, Houston Salvador the butler and Altagracia from the buffet. Even though the hotel is 17 years old is very clean and well maintained.The rooms are comfortable.There is something for everyone, you can find a relaxing spots or you can participate in dance classes shows etc….The beach is nice and walkable long distance.

    A Perfect Vacation — We’ll Keep Coming Back!

    This was our third visit to this resort, and each time has been absolutely wonderful! Our butlers, Jose and Houston, were incredibly attentive and ensured that all of our needs were met throughout our stay. From the daily massages to the amazing entertainment crew—Dai, Snoop Dogg, Chocolate, and Black Mambo—this vacation was exactly what we needed. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at Joia Iberostar Bavaro for making our stay so memorable.

    A Dream Vacation

    My wife and I found JOIA Bavaro after searching online for a great all inclusive for us to spend a relaxing week. Our experience blew us away with how incredible everything was. From the moment we got there we were greeted by name by our concierge for the week; Manny. Manny was there for us everyday of the trip making sure we had what we wanted, answered all of our questions and planning something for everyday of the trip. Absolutely incredible place with even better staff to make you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing vacation in paradise.

    An Unforgettable Paradise with World-Class Service!

    I recently returned from an incredible stay at JOIA Bávaro, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the stunning grounds to the impeccable service, everything was top-tier. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Altagracia at the main buffet’s omelet station. She is truly a wonderful person—kind, personable, and so incredibly caring. She went above and beyond to connect with us personally every morning, and her warmth really touched our hearts. She is a true gem and made our breakfasts the highlight of the day! We also chose to upgrade to the Butler Service, which was the best decision we made. Our butlers, Edwardo and Daniello, were absolutely exceptional. They did a fantastic job making sure every single one of our needs was met before we even had to ask. They took wonderful care of us, kept a watchful eye out to ensure we were always comfortable, and checked in with us daily to make sure our stay was perfect. Between the beautiful beach and this level of personalized service, we felt like royalty. If you are looking for a getaway where you are treated like family, look no further than JOIA Bávaro. We can’t wait to come back!

    Amazing time!

    My fiance and I stayed at joia bavaro from March 25th-29th. We had an amazing time! Neither of us had ever been to an all inclusive resort before and we were amazed by this one! The moment we got there, we felt pampered by the staff. At check in they immediately sat us in comfortable chairs, brought us a juice drink, and began the check in process for us. We opted for the butler service and we are so happy we did because our butler, Ray went above and beyond for us, as well as our butler Valentin. When my fiancé got a bad sunburn, Ray brought us some aloe Vera, and also some other items that we had forgotten to bring with us. We also had a very knowledgeable concierge named Nahomi. Other wonderful staff members worth mentioning would be several of the bartenders, Tobias, and Bruno. The drinks were very well made and the bartenders were very knowledgeable on mixology. There was also another member of staff who goes by black mamba who did an amazing job of keeping the fun going! The food at the resort was also fantastic! The buffets were wonderful, and the dinner restaurants were also fantastic! The evening entertainment was also really good! We attended a queen show in the theater that was so much fun, and on our last night we got to see an amazing fire show!
