    Just wanted to give a shout out to our concierge Peter. He helped answer any questions we had. Whether it was getting something we needed for our room or booking reservations. Peter was always there with a smile and happy to help.

    Enjoyable vacation

    We had a great vacation. The crowd is older but it's appreciated because it's much more relaxed and quiet to get away from the hustle of life at home. We had a few days as a couple and then we had friends join a few days later. The food was all excellent. We had a night that we went to dinner later and waited a long time for a table and the quality of service declined. Overall staff was all very welcoming and friendly. We had Peter as our concierge and he made sure to touch base with us daily to make sure we had whatever we needed. The bed is comfy, massages are great, the room itself is a bit smaller than other resorts we've been to. Water pressure in the shower is excellent! There's complimentary sunscreen at the towel hut, which is wonderful. Definitely wouldn't think twice about coming back.

    Great experience lovely Hotel

    Beautiful experience we stayed from February 5th to February 12th 1 week was not long enough. We loved the French, Bella Vista, Steak house, the bar at the pool. The lobby bar, the staff at the bar were fantastic. Reynaldo our butler he was fantastic looked after any details answered any questions we needed to ask. Manoucheka shes my concierge she is lovely and fun. She is very happy and pretty and smiles beautifully. She helps alot looking forward to seeing her next year.

    Luxury Plus

    Our staff was so wonderful.There is always multiple staff available to assist us for whatever we may need.Often at a meal we can have up to five staff waiting on us for various items. Cleanliness in resort and our rooms is exceptional.

    A Punta Cana Jewel

    Joia Bávaro was described as a luxury destination, with an incredible beach, excellent dining and superb service. Iberostar Joia Bávaro did not disappoint. Dining options are varied and each à la carte served delicious plates, and superb service. No reservations are required except for the Japanese restaurant. It was the service level that put this location at the top for us. In particular, our concierge Frankelly amazed us when I asked for help with en emergency part replacement for my cpap machine. He had it delivered to my hand in just a few hours. We’ve met several guests who’ve returned more than a few times. We can see why!
