My husband and I are obsessed with this place. We refuse to go anywhere else in Cancun. Besides being astoundingly gorgeous (IG doesn't do this place justice), our butlers David and Martin were phenomenal and never failed to add those extra touches that help make core memories on vacation. We felt SO lucky to experience their top notch service. The food was flavorful and delicious. Worth every penny.

Excellent place to recharge
After visiting numerous high-end all-inclusives in Cancun and Tulum, I can confidently say that Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets operates on a different level. We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary here, and it was, without a doubt, our most memorable trip to date. The service is seamless; from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the "logistics" of travel—like handling luggage—simply vanished. Our butlers, Don Rafael and Amairani, were the architects of our perfect stay. Even with a last-minute request, Don Rafael coordinated a private deep-sea fishing excursion where we caught 11 large barracudas. Their ability to over-deliver on every request made us feel truly celebrated. The resort atmosphere is private, serene, and intentionally uncrowded—perfect for those looking to recharge away from "forced" social scenes. A special thanks to Ms. April and Franky for the curated activities. Whether it was floating meditation or the silent party, Ms. April’s passion for her work was evident.

Impressed by impressions
The hotel was a delightful experience, great service from our room butlers Erick and Edgar. The atmosphere and as a place to be was fantastic. The food was great with lots of choice. I was especially fond of cacao the 24 hour coffee bar. Would definitely stay again

Top Notch service
Impressions Isla Mujeres is spectacular! Not only is it gorgeous esthetically, but the service is impeccable. Our butlers Erick and Edgar were superb. They anticipate every need and answer texts quickly. For example, our TV remote did not work one afternoon and I texted him to see if it could be fixed. I don’t think it was more than five minutes and someone was there to fix it. They made sure we had reservations for dinner each night and greeted us every morning with a smile. The pools at this hotel are wonderful and the top shelf alcohol is great. They also threw a great Super Bowl party this weekend. My only complaint is how fast the days went by!
