Our 13 days all inclusive limited holidays was incredible! IWC Hotel Perfectly situated just 3 minutes from the beach and not faraway from all hotspots loved by tourists, but actually for us personally was even better that was away from drunk and awkward german tourists. Hotel was surrounded by quiet streets, still it’s central but not noisy. Atmosphere: Warm and inviting. The lobby creates a relaxing vibe, and the staff were genuinely friendly. At the lobby you have 24 H open cafe. Rooms (4/5) Spotless and well-designed. The bed was comfortable, though the room was slightly on the compact side. Our room was to the pool side and it was little noisy. We were first day not impressed but after some days just didn’t feel like it disturbs us. Very reasonable for this location, price and comfort! The hotel have a lot attractions for the family, children playgrounds, gym, swimming pool, yoga etc. The best yoga teachers ever I saw. Very friendly stuff everywhere. The food was incredible good and delicious! Everyone could find healthy food. Many thanks!

Great hotel, very kid-friendly with outdoor playgrounds and entertainment
We felt right at home from start to finish. Food was delicious with a themed buffet that changed daily. The family room was spacious and the separate living room made it a great choice. Everything was spotless, and the lobby in particular was very new and inviting. The entire team does a great job, but especially Luna from Guest Relations — she's a real gem and took care of us (especially our little daughter) as if we were her own family. Simply top-notch. We're already looking forward to our next visit and hope to be welcomed by Luna again.

When we read the other reviews about the food at the Christina, we went on the reputation of the Iberostar Group - after the first breakfast of raw sausages (chef told and they removed them superfast, but only after several guests had taken half) and chard-grilled bacon we should have thought maybe there was some substance to them. Then the next morning continued the poor experience, no cold water to flush the toilet or have a shower, a non theromstatic shower so be prepared to be hot, cold and burnt alive. The food quality kept on being average to poor with every meal, we had sadly already paid for for the whole stay so were subjected to frozen deserts that were still thawing and very poor quality food standards. The main reason for the stay there, our daughter but sadly the play equipment (trampoline) was too dangerous to let her use with holes the size of a toddler in it and a pool that would cause hypothermia (yes we did go in April, so they cant be blamed for that on a 28'c day could they). After paying for a suite, we should,but were not, told that this premium room also happened to be located next to an outdoor stage with a sound system that would make Wembley blush, and half way through the stay they decided to use it, what an absolute racket we were then submitted too each night making it impossible to get our daughter to sleep before 11pm (4yrs old) so then beacuse of that we were subjected to a grumpy and sleep deprived toddler. The "best"that was irony by the way, we kept for last, to tell you about, the room experience, they had air conditiong but.. it was pre-set to heat the hotel, not make the rooms cold on the hottest week the island has had recently - the nights were umbearable and sleep even after the noise had stopped was impossible in the heat... so all in all if you like poor quality food both cooked and raw, broken play eauipment, a sauna for a bedroom and staff that seem unenthused by the whole fact they were employed to assit and make your stay pleasurable then this is the place for you... but one positive note out of this complete waste of money is the Star Camp team - this bunch of enthusiastic and professional child professionals are exceptional at keeping kids entertained and sticky with finger paint, hotel trails and spanish lessons they are a credit to a hotel group in a hotel that is in need of some serious TLC or perhaps a new Ops Director.

Very Impressive
Very impressive, struggling to find a fault, but all staff always had a smile, plenty of activities, and the choice for breakfast will be hard to beat. Well done all, thank you for a great stay. Fully recommend.
