Not a premium experience!!! Honest review below
At the Ibersotar Sabila in costa adeje as we speak! We leave today and felt i needed to post about out experience. We have visited hotels nearby such as the two princess hotels (guaymina and inspire) and have tried this hotel given the tip rating in the area and advertised as a 5 star! We arrived at 10pm no food servive available so we had to go the supermarket and checkout is at 12pm and have been advized that despite nothing on day 1 at 12 today our access to lunch and drinks will be deactivated even if we pay the 67 euros to keep the room until 6. We are being collected at 5.15 and expected that as with other premium hotels lunch and drinks would be extended but no......even after a discussion the stance was no. I find this is a ridiculous call give this supposed 5 star hotel....this has really put a downer on out last day so felt i would share this so people are aware. This wasnt the case with the lesser 4 star hotels nect door which allow you to use everything until you are collected. While the hotel advertises as a 5 star there are a few 3 star things......no snack bar, we had an issue with the bathroom door, entertainment is poor on a night with gimmicky poor quality entertainment again given the premium price and apparent 5 star rating. Its not all bad tho...pool is nice, app is great for beds. Pool and waiting staff are a testimant to the hotel and are the knly thing 5 star. We came for 5 nights for out 2nd anniversary and are leaving feeling like we have had anything other than a 5 star holiday....going home a little underwhelmed.

Fabulous stay! Hotel immaculately clean, very friendly staff and super local to lovely bars and restaurants. Camella very friendly and attentive during our stay. We will most definitely return.

Our Favourite
This was our 6th visit to the Sabila. And we intend to return next year. That probably tells you all you need to know what we think! Great service, food, pool, location - all we need.

Wonderful time.
It was an absolutely beautiful hotel and very clean. Food was superb. The lobster was delicious. Or room was lovely and clean and a very nice outlook. We were looked after very well at check in and from the bar staff to restaurant staff to housekeeping staff all are lovely and welcoming. Hotel is in a nice location and conveniently situated for a nice walk along the beach to La Caletta or the other way to Playa de las Americas. Entertainment was good so were all the entertainment staff. Lovely chilling atmosphere. I do agree with all comments about sunbeds and booking them, but to have the system is still miles better than getting up at 7am to reserve a sunbed. It’s a lovely hotel and well worth a visit.

Amazing Hotel and Team
What a gem of a hotel, it’s our last day sadly. We have had a super time. Exceptional from start to finish. What makes this hotel special are the staff team. We have been looked after so well in the restaurant, cafes but the pool service is outstanding. Have to mention Carmela and Santiago (007) they are so calm, patient, helpful, and such lovely people. They strive to make everyone happy, quite a juggle with people demanding different sunbeds! Iberostar, you should be so proud of your amazing team, they are a credit to you. We would like to thank you all for a wonderful holiday.
