  Another great time at Iberostar Pariaso Lindo Prestige Beach!!

  Amazing!! We spend alot of time down the the beach sitting in Prestige section. Hats off to Defina the waitress. We have known her since 2020 and she is the most friendly happy waitress we have ever met. In addition such a hardworking person who is constantly ensuring everyone has what they need and remembering every drink that we like. She has been like this since we met her. She is an asset to this resort!!

  Short but wonderful

  Short stay at lindo. Stayed in a family room and it was perfect with 2 kids. Provided a king bed, pull out couch and a drop down bed. Just right for a family of 4. Service was excellent from all the staff. The bar tenders at the main pool are exceptionally hard working. We did the Italian restaurant one night and it was fantastic. This is our third time at this resort and we will return.

  Terrible Reception and management

  Came here with my son for fall break. We are IHG diamond elite members. Booked in June then rebooked on July 5 for the sale through the IHG app. Also booked a second reservation for a friend to come for 2 adults. Cancelled that one before the cancellation date. My son and I arrived and spent an hour at check in with the lady stating there was a problem. Saying I booked a room with an adult and an infant. I showed her my confirmation, plus another confirmation showing 2 adults, and another one of adult and 11 year old. They were “showing” adult and infant. 2 days later I get a call stating they are charging me the full price for adult plus child at current price Fayetteville sending my confirmations. 15 years as a diamond elite member. I had to verify and enter my son’s passport info on the booking. She basically told me oh well they charged me. Call IHG. I was livid!! I called IHG and chatted with them and they said it’s their system I need to contact Iberostar. I sent that info to her 0 response. My kid is upset and now I’m spending more than 4 hours on this crap. Do not book here. I don’t care how amazing the resort is. You will be treated like crap even through you have been loyal to IHG forever. Ridiculous. We will never visit Iberostar again only due to the lack of respect and computer error on their end, and now it’s my fault? Even IHG verified the error.

  Great resort but many hiccups

  Just left Lindo, had a great trip but there were a few things that could have been better. I knew this was a 5 in 1 resort and would be big, but man, this resort is HUGE, bring comfortable shoes. Our main pain point and frustration was reservations/app, being told two different things and the concierge. I’m in a Facebook group and knew getting reservations was going to be hard but this was ridiculous. At check in We were told there were three restaurants that required reservations but were never told how to make them or when and weren’t offered help. On Monday my husband went to the concierge and tried making reservations for the Brazilian place and was told to comeback the next day at 6pm to make a reservation. He did that and was told nothing was available which was our last night. The concierge was able to get us into the Japanese place that night but not without trying to get us to sign up for breakfast the next day despite saying no to that and not checking the box at check in, he even called our room the next day. On Wednesday we tried to go to the spaghetti place and were told they had seating and then reservations were required and there was no room but yet the place was empty. My frustration is the app says reservations required but we never figured out how to make one in the app and everything was about the concierge which didn’t nothing g for us. Another frustration is there are so many restaurants but it takes a good 20-30 minutes to figure out what is open and where it is at. And the app is wrong half the time too. Apparently the Spaghetti place requires reservations and that was not one of the three that we were told at check in. We tried El Tapito on Monday because the app said it was open but it actually was closed. Would be nice to only see what places were open or to have a filter option to see what’s open and what isn’t. Another bump was check out, the app says 10 and we were told 10 but when I asked the front desk, we were told 12. Consistency seems to be lacking in all areas. Seems like we were told 10 different things when asking one question. And we reserved a pick up time for check out in the app and they never came, so I had to walk to the front, not the end of the world, but expect a lot of frustration with the app as it’s essentially good for nothing, or only for the map. It said our request was received for pickup but no one ever came. Overall the place is very nice, food was good, and staff was wonderful. We probably won’t be back as we like to try different brand resorts and there was a lot of little things that led to frustration that we haven’t had happen at other resorts, app, reservations, pick up, size of property. Was also hoping it would be closer to the beach, we know what we want on a resort and although this resort is nice, it was not for us.

  Great Experience

  This is one of my favourite Iberostar locations. Food: Great food. I am celiac and they have a great offering of gluten free options and knowledgeable staff. Rooms: Newly renovated and are beautiful. AC gets nice and cold. Lots of space. Beds are a bit small. Grounds: absolutely stunning! I dont think I could say one bad thing about this property! Will be back.
