We have been traveling to this resort since 2007, i've lost count how many times i've been there , when we don't stay there for a week or ten days , We will get day pass if we are staying in Dominicus at our Penthouse. We've also been to other hotel chains, but we always come back to Iberostar and this specific resort. Jhonny at the front desk is always spectacular! There's also another longtime employee that works in the kitchen. His name is Wilkins. He always remembers me, he knows the type of omelets I like and always prepares a certain type of marinated chicken for me In advance for dinner. I hope the hotel pays him very well because he is worth every peso! As usual, the grounds, the room, the common areas and the beach were all top notch ....out of ten I would give them a twenty for beyond perfection! This time we decided to leave the hotel a few days early and before flying out, we stopped at a luxury resort in Cap Cana. It was an American owned chain, and I have to say they have a long way to go! Iberostar, has them beat a hundred times over in every category. My wife and I will again return in february and we look forward to seeing our amigos when we do the day pass option. .

BIRTHDAY TRIP
My husband and I recently spent five wonderful days at Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus celebrating my birthday. Everything—from the food and entertainment to the staff, our junior pool suite, the beach, and the pool—was absolutely perfect. This Hotel is just beautiful!! We had such an amazing experience that we are already planning to return in 2027. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our stay so memorable. Best regards, Jean

Great experience
The property was beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Ambassador Isidro. He went above and beyond in so many ways. His dedication to his job is undeniable! Restaurant reservations, massage reservations, problems we had with our room (rooftop pool was loosing water), wine for dinner. He was very friendly & welcoming. He really made our vacation wonderful. A special recognition to Luis River and Mickey Mouse in member sales for really working with us in the gentlest, friendliest, most knowledgeable way. We appreciate that greatly. We left feeling like family. We would also like to thank Ambassador Dominic for all of his help too. So outstanding!
